In the development of a person, the family is the first school children get educated, and the school is a special place for children to improve education. Children arethe hope of the family, and the future of our country. Froma family to a country, they have great expectations. How much the children are educated, is not only related to the happiness of the family, but also related to the prosperity ofa nation.The family’s education level affects the children’s learning ability.It plays a decisive role in human development, but its educational function is limited. In order to maximize the effect of education,we must make the school education and family education harmoniously developed.How can the school education and family education be harmoniously developed? That is the home school cooperation. What is the present situation of home-school cooperation in Urban-rural area? What are the differences of family education? How to change the limitations existing in home-school cooperation, to play the role of application?features lying in home-school special collaboration will be discussed in the research, hopingto change the present inefficient home-school education.This study uses the methods of literature, investigation, observation of three grade survey questionnaire of the students in my shool. The results show that:1, Culturalquality difference is big, parents in family education level difference between.2, parentsand teachers communication barriers is the key to affect parent-school cooperativedynamic.3, parent-child relations, parent-school cooperative school professional weakinfluence parent-school cooperative effect. This study is to improve the teaching quality, to change the tense relationship between home and school,to reduce the influence caused by home-school cooperation between schools and families in junior high schools because of the differences of the education ofurban and rural area under the background of new curriculum reform, to improve the school and family relationship, and to make a contribution to bettering the family education for urban and rural areas.
