With the development of new curriculum reform and the deepening of quality education,students' principle parts and the importance of open cooperative learning ways are more and more prominent.Strengthening the comprehensive quality of students into the teaching practice is becoming more and more widely,so the appearance and development of case teaching is arousing more and more concern of all circles.Case teaching is base on cases and takes all advantage of various teaching resources.Students design by themselves and cooperate and explore by themselves under the guidance of teachers,which can create an unlimited space for the development of students.It gets rid of the effects of testing education and traditional views and it is the expansion and innovation of traditional teaching methods,which makes for developing the sense of problems and innovation of students and improving the ability to analyze and solve problems and enhancing their integrated quality.Meanwhile,case teaching puts forward higher requirements for teachers and teaching tasks are full of challenges,which help to improve the professional quality and self-improvement of teachers and make the excellent teaching staff.Based on the summary of case teaching's relevant researches,it combines the specific practicing teaching.It pursues research of the application of case teaching in Politics in senior high school.At the same time,it comes up with the strategic thinking and the suggestion to improving the teaching effectiveness so as to give some reference to the reform and innovation of the teaching method.First of all,the meaning and characteristics of case teaching are summarized through literature search and analysis.At present,the domestic and foreign excellent research results about the meaning and the characteristics of case teaching is not a few and its gave full affirmation from different angles.We can use the case about teaching content of practicality,the interactive process,the exploratory activity,the case of typicality,the diversity of evaluation,etc.Students in the teachers' guidance design and explore the case independently,such as economy,politics,culture around all aspects of life.Students can construct theoretical knowledge actively,fulfill their potential and improve the practice ability.This laid a theoretical basis and it is the logical starting point of the whole article.Secondly,although China's high school ideological and political lesson on thecase teaching method has a certain attempt and application,and has made some achievements.But it is not very deep and mature on the whole,which requires us to find teaching methods and teaching practice of the point,to seize the key,the accumulation of experience.Taking Yantai Qingquan School as an example,this paper investigates and analyzes the application status of case teaching method in high school ideological and political education.On the basis of questionnaire and interview,this paper summarizes the effectiveness of case teaching method in the actual teaching of high school ideological and political affairs,and points out the existing problems and analyzes the reasons.It provides a realistic basis for optimizing the application of case teaching method in high school ideological and political education.Thirdly,the application of case teaching method in Yantai Qingquan school ideological and political education has accumulated some practical experience.From the aspects of improving the quality of educators,optimizing the case database,innovating teaching methods and adopting multiple assessment mechanism,The optimization of the use of case teaching method has made a corresponding discussion,and put forward a series of optimization measures,which is conducive to the further promotion of case teaching method.Finally,it shows the concrete application of case teaching method in "diversity of world culture",absorbs the essence of excellent,overcomes the shortcomings,and tries to make an example for the case teaching method of high school ideological and political affairs.So that it is implemented in teaching practice,and produce good teaching effect.Through the study of the case study of high school ideological and political education,we recognize the important role of case teaching in today's educational environment and have achieved some success in the teaching process.But to promote and make it universal use in teaching,need to continue teaching attempt and in-depth teaching practice,so as to accumulate experience,with a view to improve the quality of teaching and improve the teaching methods have a certain significance and value.
