Reducing the academic burden of primary and middle school students has always been the concern of the society from all walks of life,it affects the implementation of quality education in basic education stage in our country,the improvement of education quality and students' physical and mental health development.In recent years,the ministry of education and provinces and cities issued many documents in order to effectively reduce the academic burden of primary and middle school students,but mostly have little effect.In view of this,this paper builds a set of relatively reasonable and perfect evaluation index system of the academic burden of junior school in Hebei province to monitor the academic burden of the junior high school students in hebei province,thus achieve the effect of reducing the academic burden.To build the index system is a relatively complex process,mainly including four stages:literature collection and sorting,construction of the first draft of the index system,expert consultation and validation of the index system of.This paper includes five parts.The first part is the introduction.This part mainly includes putting forward the question,the significance of research,the related research review of domestic and foreign,research ideas and methods and research innovations.The second part is the summary of evaluation index system of the academic Burden of junior school in Hebei province.Through the literature research,discussing the theory of the construction of evaluation index system of junior high school students.The third part is the building process of the academic Burden of junior school in Hebei province.On the basis of literature works,policies and regulations,and preliminary practice survey,building the first draft of index system,and selecting 30 experts and scholars to march three times survey by using Delphi method in order to modify,perfect the index system.The fourth part is the analysis of connotation of the evaluation index system of the academic burden of junior school in Hebei province.Through the literature research,respectively analysis the connotation of the second,third class indexes.The fifth part is verification and revision of the evaluation index system of the academic burden of junior school in Hebei province.Selecting 121 teenager students who come from a county of Shijiazhuang city to analysis the distinct,independence,reliability and validity of the completed index system by stratified sampling in order to ensure the scientific and feasibility of the index system.
