| Undergraduate education is the foundation of higher education.Minister Chen Baosheng emphasized that "undergraduates are not strong,and the ground is shaken".However,with the continuous expansion of college enrollment and the lowering of the threshold for graduation,"happy" universities have become a true portrayal of the status quo of my country’s higher education.This phenomenon has caused widespread concern in the society,and the quality of undergraduate talent training is being tested by society.Therefore,in June 2018,the Ministry of Education proposed that it is imperative to rationally "increasing burdens" for college students.It is necessary to increase the academic challenge of undergraduates and improve the quality of undergraduate talent training.Therefore,how to scientifically implement the policy of "increasing the burden" of college students’ academic work and produce certain positive effects has become a focus worthy of in-depth research.Domestic research related to the reasonable "increasing burden" of college students is not abundant,mainly divided into two aspects: the demonstration of the necessity of the reasonable "increasing burden" of college students and the practical exploration of the reasonable "increasing burden" of college students.Among them,the research results of the necessity argumentation are relatively substantial,but the realization path of reasonable "increasing burden" is at the beginning of trial and exploration,the research results are limited,and the phenomenon of "happy" university has not been greatly changed.The evaluation of students’ learning can have a positive impact on students’ learning motivation,learning behavior,and learning input.Therefore,starting from the perspective of “study promotion evaluation” and changing the evaluation of learning to affect students’ academic burden and increase the degree of academic challenge is an active attempt to promote the implementation of the “increasing burden” policy.Based on the existing research results,this study analyzes the connotation and extension of the reasonable "increasing burden" of undergraduates’ academic work,and demonstrates the necessity of reasonable "increasing burden" of undergraduates through theoretical and empirical analysis.By analyzing the source and composition of undergraduates ’ academic burden,a theoretical model of the formation mechanism of undergraduates’ academic burden is constructed.At the same time,the questionnaire was compiled on the basis of theoretical analysis and literature research,with undergraduates from school N as the survey population,randomly selected survey samples from the population,and empirical analysis and statistical inferences on the data obtained from the survey,ascertained that the undergraduate The real situation of the student’s academic burden and the influencing factors of the academic burden.Therefore,combining with the "study promotion evaluation",a feasible strategy for the reasonable "increasing burden" of undergraduates is proposed.The conclusions of this study mainly include the following points: First,the overall academic burden of undergraduates is relatively light,the study investment is not high,and the difficulty is also relatively small;second,the degree of academic burden of undergraduates in different majors is different,and the academic burden of college students is "increased." “Adapting measures to individual conditions” is not one size fits all;third,“school characteristics” are one of the main factors affecting the academic burden of undergraduates,but the “promotional” role of classrooms,homework,assessment and other aspects has not been played enough;Fourth,"assessment and evaluation" has a significant impact on the academic burden of undergraduates,but the current learning evaluation of undergraduates is still insufficient;fifth,insufficient monitoring of the undergraduate learning process,leading to a gradual deviation from the set learning goals;sixth,""Self-pressurization" plays an intermediary role in the influence of other variables on the academic burden of undergraduates.Therefore,it is important to cultivate students’ learning attitudes.Based on the survey results and empirical analysis,combined with the actual academic burden of undergraduates and the current status of teaching in colleges and universities,based on the perspective of "study promotion evaluation",the countermeasures proposed in this study are as follows: First,set gradient curriculum goals and The learning objectives are to enhance the high-level learning of undergraduates;second,it is necessary to increase the rigorous assessment and evaluation of academic tasks to improve the academic challenge of undergraduates;third,to innovate the curriculum model and the form of academic assessment,and enhance the innovation of undergraduate courses Fourth,it is necessary to adjust the way of academic evaluation and build a “promoting learning” evaluation system;fifth,it is necessary to build a home-school collaborative education mechanism to stimulate the initiative of students in learning. |
