Recently,secondary vocational education(SVE)has been improved continuously and has played an important role in our country with rapid speed development of social economy and technology.Ministry of Education issued several policy papers about SVE from 2000 to 2018.In those papers,the importance of implement academic evaluation was proposed in different degrees.They gave some guidance about carrying out academic evaluation,but there is still missing a standard academic evaluation of SVE.The education departments of Shanghai,Jiangsu,Fujian and Shandong(but not content Guangdong)attached great importance to the academic evaluation of SVE,and issued a complete evaluation system.In recent years,some researchers in the field of SVE have carried out studies on the academic evaluation system of SVE.However,from the perspective of developmental evaluation and for accounting majors,the research on this aspect is still blank.In this paper,the evaluation system for accounting majors of SVE is as the research object.I combing related literature at home and abroad in detail,clearly defining the relevant concepts,in-depth analysis of developmental evaluation perspective,combined with the current national regulations and policies of the secondary vocational education,teaching activities related to the basic principles and the requirements for the training of accounting professionals in secondary vocational schools,focus on company accounting employment requirements and the characteristics of the nature of the students for accounting majors in secondary vocational,through literature research,questionnaire survey,expert scoring,mathematical statistics analysis,analytic hierarchy process,interviewing,such as research methods,in view of the practical problems of the students' academic evaluation of accounting majors in secondary vocational schools in Guangdong Province,construct the evaluation index system of SVE about students' academic evaluation of accounting majors.Through the mathematical statistical analysis of the survey data and analytic hierarchy process the standard system is further verified,screened and optimized.The students' academic evaluation Evaluation Index System of accounting majors in secondary vocational schools in Guangdong Province constructed in this paper includes 7 first-level indicators of vocational ideological quality,academic level,vocational ability,professional quality,physical and mental health,artistic quality and social learning,20 second-level evaluation indicators and 72 third-level evaluation indicators and evaluation indicators.The contribution of this paper is that improve the evaluation system of students' academic evaluation of accounting majors in secondary vocational schools in Guangdong Province,through construct the students' academic evaluation Evaluation Index System of accounting majors in secondary vocational schools in Guangdong Province based on the perspective of developmental.It provides practical reference for the education,teaching,management and evaluation of secondary vocational students of accounting majors.To guide and encourage secondary vocational students of accounting majors improve the comprehensive quality and become a vocational accounting personnel that conform to the development of society and company.
