Research On The Impact Of Industrial Linkages Between Advanced Manufacturing And Modern Service Industries On Labor Productivity

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China's economy has achieved rapid development.Now,the economy is in a critical period of high-quality development while transforming from high-speed growth to medium-high growth.In this period,the disappearance of demographic dividend,unbalanced development and fierce international trade competition have brought severe challenges to economic development.The improvement of labor productivity plays a vital role in economic development,which can not only increase the total amount of economic development,but also improve the quality of economic development.Therefore,the improvement of labor productivity is imminent.Advanced manufacturing and modern service industry association is a kind of important factors influencing labor productivity,nowadays,as a strong correlation between modern service industry,with advanced manufacturing industry more and more close,two industry through technical economic ties,reconfigured for factors of production and labor force,to reduce production costs and improve labor productivity,Therefore,the development and connection of advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry have become the focus of attention of the current state and enterprises.It is necessary to study the influence of the industrial association between advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry on labor productivity.Based on the concept,extension and industrial relevance theory of advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry,this paper defines the sectors involved in the two industries by combing relevant literature.On this basis,it first analyzes the total volume and structural development status of advanced manufacturing and modern service industry.Secondly,the input-output table is used to measure the industrial association.The industrial association indicators mainly include the intermediate investment rate,demand rate and the average value of relevant indicators.Then,the industrial association of 33 countries is measured,and the double-fixed effect model is used to explore the influence of industrial association on labor productivity.In addition,countries are grouped according to income levels to explore the influence of industrial association under different levels of economic development.Finally,through grey correlation analysis and regression analysis,the paper studies the path improvement of industrial association in order to better play the role of industrial association in improving labor productivity.This paper finally draws the following conclusions: First,the development quality of advanced manufacturing and modern service industry needs to be improved,and the internal structure of the industry needs to be optimized.Second,the product demand between advanced manufacturing and modern service industry is asymmetrical,the degree of industrial correlation is low,and the development space is large.Thirdly,the industrial association between advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry has a positive effect on labor productivity.For each unit of industrial association increased,the labor productivity increased by 0.0419 units.Fourth,the input level of science and technology has a positive effect on labor productivity.Each increase in the input level of science and technology increases0.0606 units of labor productivity.Fifth,the level of export trade has a positive effect on labor productivity.For every unit increase in the level of export trade,the labor productivity increases by 0.0589 units.Sixth,the level of foreign investment has a positive effect on labor productivity.For every unit increase in the level of foreign investment,labor productivity increases by 0.0731 units.Seventh,in countries with higher level of economic development,the influence of industrial association on labor productivity is more significant.Eighth,the correlation degree between industry correlation and various influencing factors is 0.9459,0.9168,0.8397 and 0.5745 respectively.Ninth,the level of openness of the service industry and the level of capital input have a positive effect on the correlation between the two industries.Each increase in the level of openness of the service industry increases by 0.5048 units,and each increase in the level of human capital increases by 0.0064 units.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are provided according to the conclusions.
