In the four basic abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing, writing ability is the most important comprehensive index to measure students' Chinese literacy. However, despite many years of curriculum revolution, there are still many problems in composition teaching.The Students don't want to write and can't write well. The teachers don't want to teach and can't teach well. At a result, the students' writing ability is not fully developed. On the one hand, the language teacher's own level of awareness and professionalism is not high enough,on the other hand the preparation of language teaching materials is uneven. As an important resource in composition teaching, Chinese textbooks are the primary choice for teachers to guide students 'writing. The quality of teaching materials plays an important role in improving students' writing level. Based on the analysis of the similarities and differences between the two versions of the textbooks, this paper provides some suggestions on the writing and usage of the Hebei Education Edition's writing parts, which aims at promoting the teaching of writing more effectively. The paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the theoretical basis of this research. This chapter explains the stipulations of "Writing" and "Suggestions for Compiling Teaching Materials" in the "Chinese Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education", and introduces the basic contents of modern cognitive learning, humanistic learning and constructivist learning. And the paper points out the enlightenment of these theories on the writing part, and provides the theoretical basis for the following research.The second part is an overview of the writing part of the PEP and JJE. At the macro level,the author combs the writing of the two editions, and then introduces and studies the two versions of the textbooks based on the perspectives of teaching materials, teaching materials,writing structure and the main features. Both versions of the textbooks are co-compiled textbooks, and are both with different writing concepts. The main features of PEP consist of the combination of reading and writing, the promotion of writing through reading, and the content arrangement of students' ability development. The main features of the writing part of Hebei Education are to emphasize the humanistic education, and not to emphasize the systematism of writing knowledge. And the edition desalts the writing style and has a high degree of freedom for the writing training.The third part is the comparison of the two versions in textbook writing section, and is the core of the paper. In this chapter, the author compares the writing of the textbooks with the curriculum standards, writing instruction and writing training through contrasting research methods. The first section compares the writing part with the writing goal of the course and the relevance between the writing part and the textbook proposal. In the second section, the author compares the writing of the topic, the knowledge of the writing and the example of the writing. The third section compares the writing quantity and distribution, writing type, writing theme and writing style. In the process of comparison, the advantages and disadvantages of the two editions are analyzed, and the facts are provided for the preparation, which also provides the basis for the next chapter.On the basis of the above research, the fourth part puts forward some suggestions on the writing and usage of the teaching materials. In the aspect of teaching materials compilation, it is necessary to improve the fit degree between the writing part and the curriculum standard,and to establish the writing ability sequence which accords with the rural students'characteristics. And it is also important to pay attention to the reasonable arrangement of writing knowledge and to strengthen the style consciousness. In teaching process, we should pay attention to the practical style instruction and increase the writing content under network environment. We also should take measures to focus on the theme of writing the spirit of the times, and enrich writing examples and micro-writing form, and increase the number of topic composition. In the use of teaching materials, the teachers should creatively use textbook and add the necessary writing knowledge and examples. The teachers also should fully tap the resources outside the textbooks, which enriches the writing resources and strengthens the guidance of student's writing modification and writing evaluation.Through the comparative study of the two versions of the textbooks, the author hopes to provide some enlightenment for the research of teaching materials.
