Rural primary school environment is closed,information transmission efficiency is poor,many education new idea,the new method can not get popular,the language teacher old ideas,students had little opportunity to contact new things,cause oral communication ability of effective evaluation is almost a blank area.However,the development of the society demand a higher speed of information flow,higher request to people’s communication,communication ability,need ability more comprehensive talented person.Therefore,rely on the written test is not on the language ability of students to conduct a comprehensive evaluation,effective evaluation to the pupils oral communication ability become an urgent problem to be solved.Rural pupils oral communication ability of effective evaluation is the product of social development,is a form of Chinese education concept progress,effective evaluation methods on primary school Chinese oral communication ability is the important subject in the study of Chinese language teaching are discussed.This article foreword part,after introduced the problems put forward from the students’ own development,their own development of Chinese teaching,subject evaluation of their own development three aspects elaborated the research significance,then analyses the evaluation of oral communication,oral communication ability,and effective evaluation of the core concepts,then made a review the related research at home and abroad,points out the limitations of the research.First chapter selected the representative of the rural primary school Chinese teachers and students as the object of investigation,the current situation of Chinese teaching of oral communication teaching evaluation survey,through data collection and analysis,found the idea of rural primary school teachers has been updated,in recognition of the importance of oral communication teaching gradually improve,but also found the existing problems,namely the evaluation subject is too single,teacher is the only master of evaluation,dominated the evaluation standard and as a result,does not pay attention to check the overall quality;Evaluation methods are too single,narrow the scope of evaluation;Notcomprehensive evaluation function,attaches great importance to the selection ignore incentives,has obvious disorder such as a series of problems,its reason is,in the rural primary school teachers’ teaching idea obsolete,the teaching of oral communication do not take the Chinese language teaching,teachers were not high,teachers lack oral communicative teaching evaluation,etc.The second chapter discusses the rural pupil’s oral communication ability evaluation system to construct the theoretical basis of.First,this paper discusses the reform of rural primary school Chinese oral communication ability evaluation,the inevitability of the characteristics of oral communication,decision can’t simply use the traditional evaluation method;Rural primary school Chinese teaching needs further evaluation purpose,radically change the backward state,way of evaluation change is inevitable choice.Establishment of effective evaluation system need to follow three basic theory,humanism theory claims that students participate in interaction,advocate evaluation form diversification;Situation teaching theory advocates evaluation should pay attention to the specific environment and cause students to emotional resonance;The theory of multiple intelligences advocated to transform perspective,to look at the students from different levels,considering all aspects of the students.The third chapter mainly discusses the primary school Chinese oral communication ability the construction and implementation of effective evaluation system.Evaluation index construction should follow the guidance principle,expansibility principle,scientific principle,feasibility principle.In the process of building an evaluation index,to embody the ability,attitude and habit,pay attention to the flexibility of the evaluation index of oral communication,to students,teachers,parents,as the main body.The use of evaluation system should follow the principle of affective,incentive principle,difference principle,and comprehensive principle.Effective evaluation on the implementation of the first link is the initial self-assessment,the second part is a personalized evaluation,and the third part is the regular self-evaluation.Evaluation of other subject is the third link to the second link with auxiliary.This evaluation system can realize different student individual asynchronous reached the same level,promote the students’ individuality,and play the maximum potential.Should be paid attention to in implementing on the premise of combination of qualitative and quantitative,qualitative evaluation more prominently;In the combination of formative and summative under the premise of strengthening formative assessment;Pay attention to the absolute and relative,combining individual differentiation in the evaluation.The fourth chapter is the practical case analysis of the effective evaluation of spoken language communication ability of rural primary school students.In order to prove the validity of the evaluation system and the promotion of oral English students’ ability of oral communication in order to prove the feasibility of the evaluation system,the experimental class with effective evaluation system is selected and compared with the ordinary class of traditional teaching.The average score of the two classes was similar,but after a semester,the average listening and oral communication scores of the students in the experimental class were higher than the average grade of the ordinary class.In this paper,the application of this evaluation system can effectively promote the improvement of students’ oral communication ability.The final conclusion to summarize the full text,points out that the use of appropriate evaluation scale to measure the real level of students,to make the teaching and learning process to be more perfect,to a higher level.Following suggestions are put forward according to the future research direction.
