In 2011,the new curriculum standard of education was clearly stated: "oral communication ability is a prerequisite for modern citizens.Emphasis should be placed on the ability to develop oral communication in Chinese classroom teaching,and encourage students to develop oral communication skills in various teaching activities and daily life.However,according to the situation,current oral communication teaching is not optimistic,especially in rural primary school oral communication teaching.In order to improve the rural elementary school oral communication teaching present situation,through the literature method,questionnaire survey and interviews and other research methods,aiming at Dayu county.The current situation of rural primary school oral communication teaching investigation and study,and results from the analysis of the current rural elementary school oral communication teaching problems,these problems are,not enough emphasis on oral communication teaching,teachers school not enough emphasis on oral communication teaching,teaching organization form is too single,teaching content is not appropriate,the feasibility is not strong,students lack self-confidence,oral communication class students lack good oral communication environment,and so on.Tries to put forward the corresponding solution countermeasures,mainly carried out from the following aspects: first,the education department,increasing the financial input in oral communication teaching,strengthening the construction of rules and regulations,strengthen the rural primary school Chinese teachers in teaching oral communication training,develop school-based teaching materials,teaching materials and the local life close relation;Second,at the school level,the importance of oral communication teaching at all levels should be strengthened.Rural schools should carry out oral communication teaching research and curriculum implementation.At the teacher level,teachers should improve their oral communication teaching quality,adopt diversified teaching methods,enhance students' interest in learning,use textbooks flexibly and make them adapt to rural life.4.At the student level,overcome inferiority,improve self-confidence,and develop good listening and speaking attitude and language habits;Fifth,the family level,the effective development USES the family,the social resources,and so on.The paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the research significance,literature review and the research methods used in this paper.The secon d part elaborates the theoretical basis of oral communication teaching,including the connotation o f oral communication,the definition of the concept of oral communication teaching and the import ance of oral communication teaching.The third part is Dayu county rural elementary school oral c ommunication teaching present situation investigation,this part mainly includes the design of the questionnaire,the results of the survey and statistics and analysis the problems existing in the rural primary school Chinese oral communication teaching.The fourth part of rural primary school lan guage oral communication teaching solutions.
