Junior high school is a key stage in the process of adolescence,inappropriate education management methods and means,the diversity of student performance which caused the problem has become a modern field common junior high school education phase,plus,teachers' lack of attention to the problem of student management,take the laissez faire attitude toward education,and the lack of students' psychological,ideology and moral character,behavior,learning features comprehensive system,unreasonable education management strategy also become the real causes of the problem students.Therefore,through the literature,the individual interview,classroom observation,questionnaire survey,data statistics and case study method,problems in xingtai junior high school student management as the research object,in a comprehensive system to investigate the problem of understanding student performance characteristics,as well as education management on the basis of the status quo,problem students into countermeasures are put forward.The following research conclusions:(1)the xingtai most of junior high school students' psychological problems and individual behavior problem is not serious,among them,the aggressive personality psychology,illegal,big upset,mood swings,withdrawn character issues outstanding,depression,he avoided,often nervous psychology,inferiority,suicide,Internet addiction,jealous,shy psychology is not serious.(2)the xingtai junior middle school students' ideological and moral quality and learning problems more serious,especially in the dine,tired,there is no clear learning objectives,late,leave early,truancy,inattention in class,learning attitude is not correct,not reasonable arrangement study,do not obey management,lack of sense of justice,unwilling to help others,the lack of gratitude,don't care about the collective interests of the problems.(3)the xingtai junior high school teachers ignore students envy,the problem of education management often shy,nervous psychology,trying to persuade education law to solve the low self-esteem,depression,upset,suicide psychological alienation problem,it is difficult to fundamentally grasp the students' psychological problems,mood swings,they will avoid to problem students Internet addiction,irritable,the psychological problems of critical disposition can stimulate students' instead of too much backlash,lead to students lack of trust in teachers.(4)the xingtai junior high school teachers don't pay attention to the problem of students lack of sense of justice,unwilling to help others,the lack of gratitude,selfish,unwilling to consult modestly,not reasonable arrangement of education management in study;Teachers for students' behavior problems management mainly adopts criticism disposition and home reflect two kinds of means.(5)the emotional education strategy and the correct strategy can help the students withdrawn character improved obviously,improve the enthusiasm of class participation,strengthen problem students self-confidence.Junior high school students education transformation of countermeasures to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students from the emotional education,and class culture,intellectual education education students consider problems in practice,moral education depends on the reality and beyond it,aesthetic education penetration to pursue the meaning of life ontology in several aspects.
