| With the popularity of our country implements nine-year compulsory education improving, rural children have the precious chance to go to school again, but some students do not cherish the opportunity of learning. They often appears in violation of class and school rules and regulations, fighting, disorderly conduct, and cause disturbance problem. Problem students, as a special group in the practice of the current education, have attracted the relevant experts, scholars, education workers and the social people from all walks of life’s attention. Middle school students, who are in adolescence mental development, are not mature, lack of comprehensive, system and the correct values, outlook on life and world view. Problem students’ bad behaviors not only affect the development of themselves, but also have serious adverse effect on other students, school, family and society around them.The conversion and regression of problem students, the achievement of the physical and mental health, and the comprehensive development have the vital significance to the development of the rural middle school students.This paper found the problems existing in the management of students in Xianxian No.3 Middle School through the school administrators and teacher interviews, some teachers and students questionnaire investigation and the typical problem students’ real cases.Then, it analyzes the causes of respectively from 5 independent perspective-students, schools, teachers, family and social and a comprehensive one.Finally, this paper puts forward countermeasures for the transformation of the rural middle school problem students from strengthening the construction of ethics and promoting moral education ability, the transformation of classifying problem according to their aptitude, standardizing management of the school moral education, and implementing multiple security, seeking external support from family, school and society and innovating management concept and perfecting the management system. |
