Class is the basic unit of education management and basic organizational form of various activities carry out in schools.Class management plays an important role in school education,which induced the quality of class development and School educational teaching works.Class autonomous management as an indispensable management education in the new curriculum reform can give full play to the initiative of the students to carry out effective management of class which middle school students overall growth has a positive role.Moreover,It according with the aspirations of the students' self development and the teacher's work alleviations.Taking middle class autonomous management problems and countermeasures study which using literature,questionnaire survey and case analysis method to investigate the status quo the current problems arising from the high school class autonomous management and the reasons were analyzed.The results showed that:students generally thought class rules and make students to participate in and the class head teacher management alike two aspects and not fully comply with independent management mode which the overall situation in the class autonomous management students.Factors in the concrete grade think that junior high students self-management desire and senior students autonomous management level;In the autonomous management and the wishes of the boys in gender differences were higher than girls;The class cadre or not differences in self-management that the wishes and satisfaction are higher than the class cadre;Differences in grades that study result good independent management level is higher than that of poor results,but the independent management wishes by contrast.On class autonomous management of the teacher in charge of the overall situation,the current bear 85.0% of the teacher in charge is not voluntary and also does not have a detailed understanding of the teacher in charge of the work,70.0% of the teacher in charge of class autonomous management more interested,but 80% of the teacher in charge group think this kind of independent management mode will increase the difficulty of class management and work,90% of the teacher in charge not the corresponding management skills that expectations for effective training school.Specific management methods difference in activity management and organization and management as the growth of the grade is characterized by significant increasing trend;But management method is not affected by the teacher in charge work a couple of years.In the correlation analysis of class autonomous management that students' self-control consciousness of autonomous management content and autonomous management culture produce significant correlation;The students' ability of self-control and autonomous management content and autonomous management evaluation produce significant correlation;The class cadre's management ability and significantly associated with the degree of autonomous management.The teacher in charge of activities management,organization management and independent management content,management level and management culture produce significant correlation;Evaluation of the level of management and independent management and independent management evaluation significantly related.Through the analysis of the status quo thinks the problems existing in the current class autonomous management reasons,mainly from four aspects respectively is lack of trust mechanism between teachers and students,students' independent consciousness exists blind area that lack of class management system based on contradiction and autonomous management and school evaluation in view of the problems and reasons which some Suggestions are given in this paper changing the concept of the teacher in charge to improve the students' autonomous consciousness,and to strengthen the trust between teachers and students;we are looking for a favourable activity make every student has the opportunity to participate in the management of the class,not only improve the students' confidence in the management,but also exercise the students' ability of autonomous management;Develop independent management system that build independent management culture,let more students to experience the advantage of class autonomous management actively participate in class management;Build communication platform to realize the independent management in the real cooperation and exchanges of effectiveness.
