In 2010,our country issued a "national medium and long-term plan for education reform and development outline(2010-2020)",the outline pays much attention to vocational education,put forward to promote the development of vocational education actively yet prudently.Is common at this stage,however,At present,some secondary vocational schools have low teaching quality,The graduated students can't adapt to the social and economic development,the survival and development of some secondary vocational schools are facing great challenges.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the present situation,problems and Countermeasures of teaching quality in secondary vocational schools.Secondary vocational school is the main body of the implementation of secondary vocational education institutions,the teaching quality of secondary vocational education has very big effect.Based on the combination of theory and practice research,use of literature research,questionnaire survey method,system comparison analysis and other research methods,with the author's school as the typical representative of the investigation and analysis of current situation of the teaching quality through combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,explore the problems existing in the teaching quality of secondary vocational school,mainly has the talent training objectives are not clear,the poor quality of students,the teachers troop structure is unreasonable,the old course system construction,teaching methods and means behind,teaching management loose and practice teaching ability weak and so on.These problems seriously restrict the improvement of the teaching quality of secondary vocational school,also caused the secondary vocational school students can't adapt to the current situation of the social development needs.For the problems existing in the secondary vocational schools to targeted put forward the corresponding strategies and measures,to improve the teaching quality of secondary vocational schools,and to ensure the standard of personnel training.To this end,this paper presents a combined with the time development,change education idea,strengthening policy tilt and the support of funds,improve the quality of students,to strengthen the construction of teaching staff,strengthening teaching management,teaching mode innovation and practice.The innovation of this article is that in the analysis of factors influencing the teaching quality of secondary vocational school,on the basis of combination of XX school teaching quality improvement of successful cases and the author for secondary vocational schools teaching quality improvement of related research,teaching quality of secondary vocational schools are given the relevant countermeasures of ascension.
