In recent years,with the development of secondary vocational schools from scale to connotation of the policy guidance and the improvement of the quality of vocational schools talent training requirements.More and more secondary vocational schools realize that the quality of talent training is the lifeline of school survival and development,and the quality of teaching is the core and foundation of the quality of talent training.In order to ensure the improvement of teaching quality,it is necessary to explore how to build a teaching quality monitoring system with full participation and whole-process monitoring at both theoretical and practical levels,which is characterized by high efficiency and interactivity and can be continuously improved by fully combining with information technology.This paper from the definition of teaching quality,the basic concept of internal teaching quality monitoring system based on the theory of total quality management,PDCA cycle theory of quality control for three secondary vocational schools in Yantai internal teaching quality monitoring status and existing problems were analyzed,and the secondary vocational school deep insight into the internal problems in every link of teaching quality monitoring system,through the research found that secondary vocational school teaching monitoring system of internal decision-making and command system,professional management execution system become a mere formality,the quality evaluation system,inefficient and lack of normative information feedback system.After interviewing teaching administrators,teaching quality monitors and students,this paper analyzes the reasons for the internal teaching quality monitoring system in secondary vocational schools,mainly revealing the problems of the subject of teaching quality monitoring,the process of teaching quality monitoring and the functions of teaching management departments at all levels.Based on total quality management,PDCA quality control two kinds of management theory,decision-making and command system,the management of teaching quality monitoring execution system,quality evaluation system,and analyzing the information feedback system,and aims at the problems existing in the secondary vocational school under the information environment internal teaching quality monitoring system of the theoretical framework to explore,to its connotation,structure,build the guiding ideology,to follow the basic principles,the main strategy and the operation security of theoretical analysis and research.Based on flexibility,diversity,and combination of dynamic and open principle,this paper discusses the teaching quality monitoring system of each subsystem,including building professional decision-making command system,implement the effective management of the implementation system,build efficient quality evaluation system and the operation specification information feedback system and so on the optimization tactics of the benign operation of internal teaching quality management system,from the operating level gives the Yantai city secondary vocational school building and running of internal teaching quality monitoring system of specific measures.
