With the development of the society,the demand for talents is becoming bigger and bigger.The employers not just valued talents' skills,but more weight is also given to talented person's professional quality.In secondary vocational education,professional quality education is a course of the great importance,but schools in the teaching process often pay more attention to skill education or culture courses education rather than the professional education.Consequently,it's quite easy to produce personnel of high vocational skills but low professional quality.These problems seriously hinder the development of vocational education,do great harm to the students' career development,as well as lower the recognition of the school by the enterpriseBased on the research and the research status of secondary vocational professional quality at home and abroad,the status quality is reviewed and problems on secondary professional quality are found in the process of research both at home and abroad.As for the students and teachers,we have carried a questionnaire survey on the professional quality present situation of secondary vocational school education,discovering the problems existing in the secondary vocational schools in terms of professional quality education and the need to increase the facing problems and the influencing factors?Problems are listed in the following: the overall consciousness of professional quality is quite weak,lagging in action;students mainly focus on the immediate interests,without any deep emotion to the work;failing to change the bad and unhealthy habits and form the good ones;professional quality courses have become a mere formality rather than practical and knowledgeable ones.Factors influencing the professional quality of ascension mainly includes the external factors and internal factors.External factors mainly include society,enterprises,national policy,the competent department of education and the influence of the level of students' parents;internal factors are the main education concepts and students' cognitive effects.Aiming at the problems existing in education of professional quality,the improvement strategy is put forward,and the improvement strategy is based on the needs of society,enterprises and students,and puts forward some concrete measures to improve it.I hope that through the research of this paper,we can promote Harbin L vocational senior middle school students' professional quality,enrich the system of secondary vocational professional quality education in our country,and provide certain reference for the other brother unit at the same time.
