The full name of Zunyi International Mountain Outdoor Sports Challenge is "The Loushanguan Hailongtun International Mountain Outdoor Sports Challenge,Zunyi,Guizhou,China",approved by The Mountaineering Sports Management Center of the State Sports Sdministration,Sponsored by Chinese Mountaineering Association,Guizhou Province Sports Bureau and People's Government of Zunyi,it is the level A in China.It was held the first session in 2008.After nearly ten years of development,Zunyi International Mountain Outdoor Sports Challenge has been successfully holded 8 times.With the development of Zunyi International Mountain Outdoor Sports Challenge,it's influence are also expanding,The concern of society is also increasing.The smooth development of the event,is the foundation and guarantee of realizing the cultural value and the extension of the event,the organization management is the internal mechanism and the key link of the operation.However,the organization and management of the Outdoor sports has some inopportune management or inappropriate behavior,resulting in events successfully good development has encountered obstacles,leading to Zunyi International Mountain Outdoor Sports Challenge have a certain gap with the beast Mountain Outdoor Sports Challenge.This article based on the sports science,management science,combined with the characteristics of organization management of Zunyi International Mountain Outdoor Sports Challenge,plan in accordance with the process of start,plan,organization and implementation,management and control,ending,use questionnaires,interviews and other research methods to study on organization management of Zunyi International Mountain Outdoor Sports Challenge,identify problems,provide a basis for Zunyi International Mountain Outdoor Sports Challenge' organization and management departments to solve the problem,so as to promote the sustainable development of the event.The conclusions are as following:1.The starting work of Zunyi International Mountain Outdoor Sports Challenge is including the selection of events and bid for the event,the overall plan process of the event is the same as the general sports,the overall plan requires that the goal be clear,the overall plan of the event should be scientific.2.Zunyi International Mountain Outdoor Sports Challenge is based on the government as the main body,the organizing committee in accordance with the functional organizational structure,it has seven departments,for example the office,and the competition group,but it has no doping testing agencies.There are some problem with communication between departments.3.Zunyi International Mountain Outdoor Sports Challenge have more and more stringent requirements to the referee.The referee's own job has diversified characteristics,mainly based on mountaineering associations and outdoor club employees.Most of the referees master the professional technology of outdoor sports,but they are not systematic and accurate learning the competition specifications and penalty standards.In other side,the referee's English level is generally low,do not have the ability in daily communicate.The volunteer's service level is uneven.4.Zunyi International Mountain Outdoor Sports Challenge is a day-to-day event,the level of the line designer directly affect the quality of the entire event,the line design has some limitations;Most of the tournament prizes are taken away by foreign players,there is a certain suppression of our local players;Zunyi International Mountain Outdoor Sports Challenge Conference reception is mainly to provide services of diet?accommodation?travel for the activities of the participants;The way to deal with risk is risk aversion,risk transfer and risk rescue;The way to publicity is self-publicity,media publicity and the use of event to publicity.5.Zunyi International Mountain Outdoor Sports Challenge's marketing should to achieve "athletes satisfaction,government and sponsor satisfaction,popular satisfaction,media satisfaction",which sponsor satisfaction has not yet fully done.6.Zunyi International Mountain Outdoor Sports Challenge does not attach importance to the finishing work,event resources "one-time" use,resulting in a waste of resources.
