| After two decades of exploration and practice of outdoor sports in China, it has been accepted that the base construction of outdoor sports is the premise and guarantee to effectively ensure the security of outdoor sports. The construction of outdoor sports effectively ensure participants' safety in outdoor sports, and promote outdoor sports' sustainable development. Outdoor sports are popular in developed countries, and they are brought into people's daily life. Outdoor sports have formed a decided industry chain. The matured organization and management, complete related rules and regulations, perfect base construction facilities, well-appointed rescue organizations, and emphasizing outdoor environmental protection and education form a whole outdoor sports system. So far, a lot of domestic experts and scholars have done researches on the development of outdoor sports. However, the studies specialized in the base construction of outdoor sports are rare. So it has important significance in theory and practice to study on the base construction of mountain outdoor sports, how to construct the mountain outdoor sports base, and mountain outdoor sports base improving regional economy and social benefits. Taking an example of the construction of Darning Mountain outdoor base, in the view of basic condition of base construction of outdoor sports, this paper generally analyses and summarizes the base construction mode of outdoor sports in a scientific way, and obtains some thinking about outdoor base construction. The base construction of mountain outdoor sports is guided by the management system, and priority was given to the study of the construction of project system and the establishment of insurance system. Finally, the author hopes that the paper uses the little to get the big—providing reference for the scholars who engage in the study of outdoor base construction, and more and more areas are concerned about the base construction of outdoor sports. |
