The emergence of history education as a separate discipline starts from the junior high school education,in the development of primary school education in the human life is irreplaceable role,the necessity of history education has obvious plus students psychological development immature,this phase is the transition of people body and mind development,so the history education in primary school also has the feasibility.The ministry of education in 2002,formally promulgated the "full-time compulsory education moral and social curriculum standard experiment",will be officially into moral education history,in the form below,published by people's education press elementary school in the moral character and the social by inserting a large number of various types of historical subjects,it also provided the excellent education material for primary school history education.The Ministry of education in 2002 formally to the local schools issued a "full-time compulsory education in morality and society curriculum standard experiment draft",the history education in primary school officially into the ideological and moral education course,primary school "morality and society" curriculum and teaching materials will add a large number of all kinds of historical themes.In this paper,the PEP primary school each grade of "morality and society" textbook as an example,analysis of the historical theme and features,to explore and summarize the objectives and significance of primary school history education,analysis of related problems of classroom practice of historical education in different stages in primary school,on the basis of the relevant effective strategies to solve the problem,and according to the existing practice of primary school and primary school education on the history of each grade history problems in educational practice,put forward the reasonable effective method of history education in school.
