Teachers’ educational beliefs is formed in teachers’ long process of personal practice of education and teaching in education firm will.It consists of personal consciousness,emotion and will.It’s eventually to influence the internalization education practice as human consciousness.Teachers’ educational beliefs are the driving force of their professional development and growth,but also help teachers to achieve their own meaning of life and the pursuit of self-worth.As a teacher in the impoverished mountainous area of the country,it is necessary for us to have a strong educational belief and a greater degree of educational belief.In this paper including 4 excellent teachers in Sichuan Province M Minority Autonomous Country as the research object,it uses the method of narrative research.I get through in-depth interviews about the object of study,and collect relevant figures deeds textual material.And the audio material code into text information,on this premise,the text of all the induction,analysis and interpretation.This paper describes 4 excellent teachers education belief story,respectively from the Pre-post-how to become a teacher,teachers’ into practice,what’s the meaning of teachers’ educational beliefs about ethnic teachers in mountainous areas,are they regret making the choice ? Is it worth in the mountains ? A total of five parts presents a vivid real teaching story,and revealing the story behind the teachers’ educational beliefs.I try to explore the mountain areas of minority nationalities rural teachers’ education belief status.Although the 4 excellent teachers have different life experience,different educational backgrounds,different teaching undergoing,different educational beliefs.But in the face of huge badly education survival challenge,they all have a firm belief in education.They use life to write a beautiful music,and life loving teachers in this occupation.They teach students with love and practical action to stick in the remote mountains of the three feet of the podium,helping children out of the mountains from the mountains.
