A Research On Current Situationof Kindergarten Backbone Teachers' Career Plateau Phenomenon

As an important component of China's education system,the kindergarten stage bears the important task of preparatory education for children,and is the cornerstone of the whole education system.With the importance of early childhood education improving,training a group of excellent backbone teachers has become a pressing matter of the moment.As a matter of fact,kindergarten backbone teachers are the main force in scientific research and teaching.They are not only related to the improvement of the overall level of kindergarten teachers,but also can play a good role in demonstrating and promoting preschool education.But the theoretical research and practice show that the professional growth and career development of backbone teachers in kindergartens are phased and easy to be confronted with the phenomenon of Career Plateau,which will lead to motivational absence and sharp decline in work enthusiasm,etc.Based on this,the subject of this paper is to understand the status quo of the professional plateau of kindergarten backbone teachers,and to systematically analyze the influencing factors of Career Plateau,and then to find countermeasures and breakthroughs in Career Plateau.In order to make a comprehensive analysis of the problem,the research of this paper is mainly based on the basic ideas of asking questions,analyzing problems and solving problems.First,the system defines the concept of backbone teachers in kindergarten and Career Plateau,and the author discussed the theoretical basis for kindergarten teachers to break through the Career Plateau.Secondly,select a public kindergarten in Sichuan as the object of study.Through the combination of the method of questionnaires and interviews to effectively start the research,and analyze and sort out the current situation of professional plateau of core teachers in sample Garden.On this basis,and from the four aspects of individual,family,kindergarten and social,sort out the influential factors of the career plateau.At last,from the perspective of teachers and kindergartens,the paper promoted strategy and suggestions to help teachers overcome the career plateau.Hope that this paper can help improve the teacher's professional qualityin the search for the way to get rid of the plight of career plateau,and open a new phase for their future career path.
