A Study Of The Phenomenon On The Primary School Teachers' Career Plateau In H Suburbs

When teachers' career develops to a certain stage,they often have the phenomenon of career plateau.Teacher career plateau is a phenomenon of temporary stagnation or retrogression in the process of teacher career development.It is difficult for teachers to achieve the leap of grade,position and title at the level of rank.At the level of professional content,after the teaching ability reaches a certain level,it is difficult to further improve the professional and knowledge.From the perspective of hierarchy,it is difficult to be close to the decision-making center of the school,and it is difficult to assume more important work responsibilities and obtain decision-making rights and autonomy.It is found that the phenomenon of teacher occupation plateau has an important influence on the development of teacher occupation.At present,the domestic research in this field have a certain amount,but the research on urban elementary school teachers' career plateau phenomenon is relatively small,suburban elementary school belongs to an important part in basic education,and is located in the complex area,should be teachers' career plateau phenomenon unique to its complicated place,therefore suburb elementary school teachers' career plateau phenomenon has certain research significance.Of this study is on the basis of predecessors' career plateau phenomenon research and experience,in H city suburban area tenants of the Dianhutun and Yue Cheng offices jurisdiction 10 public primary schools enrolled in the teacher issued 500 questionnaires suburb elementary school teachers' career plateau phenomenon,and in-depth interviews with 15 different teaching experience,age,job title,duties of teachers,To understand the occupational plateau phenomenon and characteristics of H suburban primary school teachers.On the analysis of the H city suburbs on the basis of the elementary school teachers' career plateau phenomenon causes,also from the social level,school level,teachers' level three level deeply probes into the improvement strategy of urban elementary school teachers' career plateau phenomenon,to the physical and mental development of H city suburb elementary school teachers to create a good condition and provide services,hope to provide some reference for future researchers.
