In this study, drawing on the experience of Career Plateau study on the theoretical basis and practical experience, through literature analysis and structure of the interview method to extract the career plateau phenomenon of college teachers, the questionnaires which have high reliability and validity were made, acquiring the performance of elements of scores by the way of online surveys, through analysis the data by SPSS12.0, obtain career plateau phenomenon of college teachers which following the performance of elements of features by using factor analysis: professional commitment waver, occupational role ambiguity, career emotional burnout, career change and occupational psychological deterioration of the quality.The unique culture background of historical development of college's teacher in our country disclosures the reason that Career Plateau was generated in our country'college, from the following four dimensions analysis: social root analysis, the system of university culture root analysis, net of relationships analysis and root analysis of professional university teachers. The reason of generation of Career Plateau have some relations to do with social structure changes, the organizational structure of universities and institutions related to cultural roots; it has another relations to do with university teachers'professional identity, career anchors, teachers'professional people - horse theory, diversification values and close family factors; It also has close relation to do with university teachers occupational. This research propose countermeasure and suggestion for the origin of forming career plateau in our country University teachers, from many stratification planes ,such as the university stratification plane as well as the family and individual to solve the problem. On the one hand the society must provide good macroscopic environment for career development, on the other hand, the university must provide the good development opportunities for teacher's physical and moral integrity, emphasis on the college teacher's promotion channel and the drive measure, the occupation evaluation with development of talent's tool and the method, the campus cultural atmosphere and so on, from improve these aspects to build the good career development space for college teachers. As for college teachers, they should also look for their own occupation localization, strengthen own professional competitive power, promote own ability accomplishment, enhance the professional profession plateau business, plan individual. Career development using the occupation match, and realize the coordinated development of CEEURSO.
