The construction of new socialist countryside is in full swing,and more and more attention has been paid to rural construction.As an important dimension of rural society,rural education has been paid much attention by academic circles.The existing research from multiple angles in all aspects,such as research subject diversity,pedagogy,sociology,anthropology and cultural studies,the research perspective is also diversified,starting from the macro policy,has entered from the economic and financial,have explained from the basic theory of education,and from the anthropological investigation,from the ethical value of intervention from the perspective of humanistic culture.In this study,we choose a rural school as a case study,using the method of field investigation to study the rise and fall of rural schools with a kind of "intervention change".This study from the Mangtangba primary School of natural environment and human society space of various factors on the basic conditions of schools and school development direction to do a survey,we find out the dominant and recessive factors,and analyze the causes and reasons of these factors.The Mangtangba primary School as a typical dam Primary School of the rural primary school,the road basically represents the China poor rural schools,to understand the current situation of rural primary school Chinese people today and the future development trend of the source of value and significance.On the basis of deep investigation,the researcher integrated vision from pedagogy,sociology and anthropology are discussed from prosperity to rural schools may cause the decline,and puts forward some suggestions for the future development of rural education,rural education is how to crack in the survival and development of traditional and modern.From the point of view of the environment and the reality of the rural education,it is a kind of correct value choice to take the urbanization as the guidance and the rural education development orientation in the rural society.Under this value orientation,it is a practical and feasible way to develop the rural education to strengthen the communication and connection between the various subjects of rural education,to improve the comprehensive quality and professional development ability of rural teachers.Finally,the author thinks that rural education is also a subsystem of the society,and its development needs the cooperation of all aspects of society,such as policy support,system security,cultural support,social identity,etc.Rural education can really develop,but also depends on the rural education can make a correct understanding and reasonable balance between modernization and the demands of traditional rural society,so as to make the rural education get a free development space of reason.The development of rural education is still a long way.
