The development of special education marks the progress of social civilization.Recent,with the support of national policy and social support,special education has been paid more and more attention.As the core of the development of special education,spiritual culture has been paid attention to by all kinds of people at all levels.This study takes CH special education school as a case study.To investigate the current situation of the development of school spiritual culture and Find its problem and Puts forward the corresponding solutions.To want carry a little bit of advice and special education schools for the same type in order to provide a reference for the construction of spiritual culture of the CH School of special education is proposed.Through in-depth interviews with school administrators,teachers and parents,to find out the current situation of the construction of spiritual culture in CH special education schools.Find out the problems existing in the construction process,put forward the strategy.In this study,to understand the current situation of CH special education school.As follows : First,the concept of "six in one" concept of teaching;Second,the implementation of the "curriculum system" as the carrier;Third,The construction of the style of study supported by healthy sunshine and positive;Fourth,to "get along with each other and help each other" as the security system of interpersonal relationships.At the same time,it is found that the CH special education school has some problems in the construction of spiritual culture:First,the lack of deep excavation of the school's cultural background;Second,Teachers lack the sense of identity and sense of belonging;Third,Lack of the core values embodied in the construction of spiritual culture;fourth,Teachers' and students' parents' participation is low in the construction of spiritual culture.In view of the relevant literature,The researchers believe that the following aspects should be taken to strengthen the construction of spiritual culture:first,Further understanding of the concept of running a school and constructing the spiritual and cultural values of the special education school;second,The construction of professional teachers team;third,to Improve the evaluation system,the construction of supervision mechanism...
