It's a sprint and critical period for the students,and it's also a critical period for students to study in the second term of senior three.Students are directly involved in learning behavior,directly affect the learning effect,external management can only be achieved through the student's own changes.Although the class teacher can't directly participate in student learning,but the class teacher through the management of a direct impact on students,thus affecting students' learning behavior,and ultimately affect the effect of student learning.Therefore,the class teacher on the effective management of students can indirectly help students improve learning efficiency and achieve learning goals.This article focuses on the six links that the class teacher can participate in or affect students' learning,that is,"motivate students' internal learning motivation","construct a positive and harmonious class learning environment","coordinate student interpersonal relationship","cultivate students' learning habits and learning ability","To guide students to master the scientific and effective learning methods","to help students to ease learning and psychological pressure";this article outlined the problem of the class teachers' management for students' learning in the second tern of senior three,analysis of the causes of the problem,and then put forward a solution to the problem.The results of this article are divided into the introduction part and the text of three parts:The introductory part elaborates the background of the topic,defines the core concept,and analyzes the related literature.In the first part,the author summarizes the problems of the class teachers' management for students' learning in the second tern of senior three.It mainly shows as follows: some class teachers pay little attention to the physical environment of the students' study;some teachers are too concerned about the student' learning environment;and some indulge students learning strategy management.The second part analyzes the causes of the class teachers' management problems for students' learning in the second tern of senior three.Mainly: class teachers' concept deviation of management;lack of ability;to the "examination results" as the only evaluation of the standard school evaluation system on the impact of the management of the class teacher;high school students and college entrance examination results of the great concern of the enormous pressure;school hardware environment,the class teacher management behavior restrictions.The third part puts forward the proposal to solve the problem of the class teachers' management for students' learning in the second tern of senior three.Including the class teacher to change the concept of student learning management,give full play to student initiative;class teacher to strengthen learning,to enhance the ability of class teacher management;reform of school evaluation system;increase funding;content and methods of the class teachers' management for students' learning.
