Poverty is the direct cause that influence the social and economic development in southwest of Sichuan Yi Autonomous Region.Because of the generally lower cultural quality of the population in poor areas,education is one of important measures to solve the poverty problem in Puge County.The level of education often determines the rate of poverty,so educational poverty alleviation is the fundamental means to curb the development,spread and breeding of eradication of poverty,but also a key step out of poverty.The paper consists of seven chapters,the mainly research questions and views are as follows:Chapter 1,the introduction.This chapter summarizes the background,purpose and significance of the thesis,and summarizes the research results and the problems of poverty alleviation at home and abroad.The chapter puts forward the research ideas and methods of the thesis,and introduces the innovations of the paper,and summarizes the shortcomings of the investigation.Chapter 2,related concepts and theoretical basis.This section focuses on the concepts related to education and poverty alleviation,Based on the theory of poverty from different perspectives,this chapter introduces the theory of "poverty culture","resource factor theory","theory of population quality" and "equalization of educational opportunity".Through the connotation of poverty and human capital leads to "education out of poverty" concept.Chapter 3,educational development analysis in Puge County.This chapter summarizes the basic situation and the current situation of educational development of Puge County,the current educational difficulties and the causes of poverty.Through the field investigation,the questionnaire survey and interview method were used to analyze the income and consumption of the respondents,the educational level of the parents,the educational idea of the parents,the attention to the educational policy and the educational expectation.Combined with the practical dilemma faced by educational development,summed up the cause of poverty caused by backward education in Puge County.Chapter 4,an analysis of the driving forces of the poverty alleviation mechanism in Puge county.This chapter puts forward the driving power source of the poverty alleviation mechanism.Through the popularization of twelve years compulsory education,highlighting the synergistic effect of vocational education and adult education,it deeply excavates the information technology force of modern distance education to realize the balanced development of educational resources in Puge County.Chapter 5,comprehensively promote sustainable development of poverty alleviation mechanism of education in Puge County.Through the field investigation and analysis of the causes of poverty caused by the poverty-stricken areas in the Puge County,the chapter puts forward the mechanism of poverty alleviation which is backward in the education of Puge County.Through the use of basic education,adult education and vocational education,the "three religions" mechanism to comprehensively promote the sustainable development of education in Puge County.Chapter 6,achieving Puge County education benign development of the countermeasures and suggestions.In view of the local Chinese language in Puge County,the lack of teachers,the limited education of girls and the backwardness of the existing educational models,we propose bilingual teaching,"education + tourism" and other characteristics of education model.It is suggested to promote the balanced development of educational resources,strengthen the construction of educational information,enhance the overall quality of teachers in the county,and realize the complete elimination of poverty in Puge County.Chapter 7,Conclusion.Based on the summary and reflection of the above research,this chapter concludes:(1)the completion of the "9 + 3" compulsory education in Yi Autonomous Region is not ideal,leading to the development of education in Puge County,"poverty-education behind-more poverty" vicious circle.(2)the development process of Puge County education has a strong constant strong weak weak Matthew effect.(3)education and blocking the intergenerational transmission between the existence of the same pattern of change.(4)"three religions" education poverty alleviation mechanism is the only way to achieve leapfrog development in Puge County.The mainly obstacle to the development of the southwest Sichuan region is the lag of the educational level.All poverty alleviation measures should fundamentally solve the problem,using education to out if poverty,from the traditional education out of poverty model "external blood transfusion" to the "endogenous hematopoietic" out of the new model of poverty,to achieve quality education resources for poor intergenerational transmission Block.
