Poverty alleviation has made great achievements since it was launched in China,but the poverty situation is still not optimistic.Under the background of large-scale poverty alleviation in the whole country,the interests and long-term development role of the poor population in the practice of targeted poverty alleviation through vocational education have been ignored for a long time.The targeted poverty alleviation through vocational education in county areas focused more on the regional level,which lead to the deviation of policy and implementation direction.The difficult implementation,the low accuracy and no specific institution has become the main problem of targeted poverty alleviation through vocational education.In recent years,the work of poverty alleviation and development has been listed as an important task due to the importance of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,and has launched a new round of poverty alleviation throughout the country.The Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC has regarded targeted poverty alleviation as one of the three key battles to build a well-off society.Vocational education plays a unique and indispensable role in targeted poverty alleviation.Why the combination of targeted poverty alleviation andvocational education can be promoted nationwide? It is of great significance for vocational colleges to explore this issue in depth.Under this opportunity,the issue on how to apply the concept of targeted poverty alleviation reasonably to countyvocational education has to be faced by all the objects of poverty alleviation.Anhua County in Hunan Province,has the characteristic black tea,rolling tea,stone and other human resources that can obtain high benefits through processing.As long as we fully recognize the advantages,seize the opportunities and vigorously promote the work of targeted poverty alleviation through vocational education in this county,the economy will develop by leaps and bounds and this country will become typical demonstration county and realize the goal on construction of beautiful countryside show belt.This paper consists of six parts,the main contents are as follows:In the introduction part,the paper elaborates why the targeted poverty alleviation of county vocational education is studied from the aspects of current poverty alleviation of vocational education at home and abroad.Meanwhile,the author clarifies the research ideas and contents,and points out the research methods and significance.In the second part,the paper defines the relevant concepts and explains the theoretical basis.It systematically expounds the theory of targeted poverty alleviation in County Vocational education.Firstly,it explains the connotation of targeted poverty alleviation.Then it explains how the two dimensions of vocational education institutions and social training play an irreplaceable role in targeted poverty alleviation in Vocational education.In the third part,in view of the social and economic situation and the current situation of Vocational Education in Anhua County,Hunan Province,the paper analyzes the current situation of targeted poverty alleviation in Anhua County from the national policy,government funding,enterprise technical support,enterprise staff training and other aspects.In the fourth part,the paper elaborates the outstanding problems on the targeted poverty alleviation of Vocational Education in Anhua County,Hunan Province through interviews with different objects(such as teachers of Vocational colleges,managers of enterprises,students and parents).In the fifth part,according to the problems mentioned above and the content of interviews with relevant persons,the paper gives out the measures which can be taken to optimize the targeted povertyalleviation of Vocational Education in Anhua County,including the practice of colleges and universities,problems in the labor market,training in labor skills and ideological transformation.In the conclusion part,the basic contents and viewpoints of this paper are summarized.It provide theoretical basis forpromoting the development oftargeted poverty alleviation of Vocational education in Anhua county.This part discusses relevant issues and provides a new research direction for the future work on poverty alleviation in Anhua county.
