A Study On The Quality Assurance System For Full-time Professional Master's Degree Thesis

With the rapid development of China's economy, the demand for high-level practical expertise is increasing exuberant, and the full-time postgraduate professional degree education gets a mushroom development. However, the rapid development must be accompanied by the emergence of quality problems. The quality problems of the full-time professional postgraduates' training have become increasingly prominent.Dissertation is the last part of the training mode, as well as a critical sign of the quality of the full-time professional postgraduate education, and thus how to improve the quality of master dissertation becomes a top priority on how to improve the quality of full-time professional postgraduate education. Therefore, this article aims to promote China's full-time professional postgraduate education forward by revealing the dissertation's quality problems,analyzing the causes of these problems and then exploring strategies to improve the quality.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is introduction, mainly concentrate on the background and significance of the research; the second part is a discussion about the problems that current literature of the full-time master dissertation brought up, and also an application of questionnaire method to reveal the deficiencies of the full-time professional master dissertation. The third part is an analyzing of the United States, the Great Britain and Japanese professional master dissertation system in order to achieve some references to China's professional master dissertation quality assurance system. In the fourth part, I propose some general requirements of building the quality assurance system according to these problems,and build a new model of full-time professional degree postgraduate student dissertation quality assurance system through multiple regression analysis. Part V provides policy recommendations for the dissertation quality assurance system, and other financial proposals to ensure the effective operation of the system.
