of yoga as a means of recovery of taekwondo athletes body function and physical quality index of the subject,the influence of experimental method as the main research methods,clear yoga help taekwondo athletes training and physical quality indexes of physical functioning after the specific impact,with abundant recovery after training theory research,and guide the practice of taekwondo athletes training after recovery,reflect the research theory and the practice value.Research methods: to study the second-tier players 20 members in taekwondo team in shaanxi province as the research object,balance factors such as gender and height and weight,players can be divided into the experimental group and control group,each group of 10 people,carry out eight weeks to yoga restorative training as a means of taekwondo athletes training again after the effect of the test.Research results:1.The morning pulse test results showed that the experimental group was 0.97 times higher than the control group in the first week,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(p = 0.05).In the second week,the heart rate of the experimental group decreased by 0.54 times/min,and the heart rate of the control group increased by 1.91 times/min.The experimental group was 0.4 times lower than the control group,and there was no significant difference(p = 0.05).In the third week,the experimental group increased 1.51 times/min,the heart rate of the control group increased 0.73 times/min,and the experimental group was 0.38 times/min higher than the control group,with no significant difference(p = 0.05).In the fourth week,the experimental group increased 1.29 times/min,and the control group increased 2.18times/min.The experimental group was 0.51 times lower than the minutes after exercise heart rate,heart rate and recovery after recovering methods plays a positive role of subjective feeling of physical,have positive effects on the recovery of athletes body function state.2.Compared with the recovery method of self-massage muscle,yoga restorative training has a positive effect on the recovery of hemoglobin,blood urea nitrogen and serum creatine kinase in the blood of taekwondo athletes.3.Compared with self-massage muscle recovery,yoga restorative training can reduces the tendency for 0.03 / L,the control group was 6.51 tendency for L,increased tendency for 0.16 / L,the experimental group showed reduced,blood urea nitrogen values increased slightly while the control group.The experimental group in the two groups was 0.3mmol/L lower than the control group,with no significant15 effectively improve the flexibility of taekwondo athletes.
