Along with the socialization reform of college logistics,logistic group operation simulation of enterprise,especially in human resource realized the operation simulation of enterprise,especially in human resource management,more and more enterprises connect with,many migrant workers to recruitment into the university logistics group,is mainly engaged in the cooks,waiters,security etc..At present,most of the researches on migrant workers focus on the migrant workers of ordinary enterprises,while the lack of the special group of migrant workers.needs of colleges and universities logistics group attaches great importance to.Colleges and universities are the places for educating people,and the logistics group serves the teaching and scientific research of colleges and universities.For this project,education.Therefore,it is necessary to do a good job in the management of migrant workers.In the first part of this paper summarizes the theory and theory of job satisfaction of human resource management,analysis the origin and development Chinese migrant workers,according to the 2015 basic data of migrant workers migrant workers in cities and towns,the definition of college logistics group category of migrant workers.Followed by a Chengdu provincial university logistics group of migrant workers on the job satisfaction of the investigation and statistical analysis,the main factors are not satisfied with the work of migrant workers and the establishment of comb,migrant workers job satisfaction model,and starting from the main part of the recruitment,training,compensation and motivation,analysis of existing in the management of migrant workers in the process of logistics group problems in provincial universities and the related reasons,the related theories and knowledge and use of human resources,according to the specific situation of migrant workers management,put forward suggestions and measures to improve the job satisfaction of migrant workers.
