Normal students can and will be teachers in the future,they will shoulder the responsibilities of a country,society,nation and families.Teachers' moral cultivation and moral character in normal school will largely determine the values and behaviors in the future education and teaching activities.This is directly related to the growth of the next generation of students and affect the overall quality and level of our teachers,but also related to the quality of the national basic education.To cultivate high-quality talents of good moral character for the country and society,teachers must have a good morality as a guarantee.However,in real life,there are many phenomenons contrary to the morality,morality has become the focus of the whole society.This paper can be divided into three parts:In the first part:Define teachers' professional ethics and teachers' ethics education.Secondly,the author provides the theoretical basis for probing into the effective countermeasures of teacher's virtue education by elaborating the value clarification moral education theory,the Wilson moral education theory and the basic idea of the moral education theory.In the second part:The author explores the problems existing in the normal teacher's education,the ways of moral education,the effects of moral education and the evaluations of teachers 'moral education,as well as the problems of teachers.To analyze the problems in the content of the curriculum,the way,the implementation effect,the evaluation of the teacher's ethics,and try to analyze the content,the effectiveness,and the evaluation,and finally put forward some countermeasures to solve the problems.In the third part:To explore the feasible measures to improve the effective education of teachers and students.They are mainly:to improve the ethics education curriculum,to update the moral education concept;to improve the social and cultural constructions,to perfect the teachers' materials and classroom teaching activities,to complete campus cultures;to improve the normal students' deeds,to enhance the normal division of the teachers;to determine the contents of moral evaluation,select the methods of teacher evaluation,formulate the standards of ethics evaluation.
