A teacher is the pathfinder of students’ growth and the engineer of students’ soul. Therefore,teacher’s quality will directly influence the success of education. The teachers, whose morality is very important, take on historical responsibility of training high-qualified talented persons for our country. Teachers’ professional ethics is the sum of stable moral concept, code of conduct and moral quality formed in the process of education labor, which can help teachers coordinate the relationship with students, colleagues and the society. However, in our real life, behaviors which go against teachers’ professional ethics frequently appear, which has become one of focuses that the whole society pays attention to. All sectors of society should pay great effort and emphasis on the improvement of this situation, and the teachers’ professional ethics education is no exception. Paying enough attention to the cultivation of teacher ethics for normal students can strangle teacher virtue’s problem-behaviors in the crandle, which will make sense in the development of our overall level of morality.This paper can be divided into three parts:In the first part: Define what is teachers’ professional ethics and teachers’ ethics education.Then elaborate the connotation of teachers’ occupation morality under the controversy between subjectivity and normative, nobility and baseline. At last, study some of important moral education modes, and establish theoretical foundation for this paper.In the second part: According to the relative research on investigating of normal university students’ morality, summary the problems of normal university students in the aspect of knowledge, emotion, determination and behavior. In the meanwhile, summary the problem of teachers’ professional ethics education in the aspect of curriculum setting,content selection,and teaching methods.Then,analyze the reasons from the level of society,moral university and students themselves.In the third part: This part is the key of the dissertation. I try to discuss the useful countermeasures to improve the quality of moral education based on the reasons posed above,such as: Permeate the moral education in political lessons and educational theory courses;Improve the scientificalness of the course setting, content selection and teaching method;Strenthen moral education in practical links; Beautify the educational environment and organize rich and colorful campus culture activities on the topic of teacher ethics; Select teachers of high moral quality to take the ethics education curriculum and strengthen the construction of teacher professional ethics; Motivate the students’ initiative and develop students’ self-education ability.
