The flying development of informational technology brings a profound transformation to education, which makes it take place great changes in each part, such as from cultivating object to learning content, from instructional methods to organizational form, and so on. Teacher who immersed in the tidal wave of social transformation shouldn't follow old instructional methods. In order to realize the transit of traditional teacher to modem one in information times as soon as possible, many practice and research work have been done in domestic and foreign country, and among them the main form is teacher's educational technology training. However, the aim of this training form is to foster the new type teacher adapting to the requirements in the informational times, which mostly based on the traditional instructional theory and design idea. The sharp contrasts between this kind of training object and theory basis, instructional behavior lead to the greatly inelasticity of training, which couldn't help teacher face to the challenge in the new time. For the purpose of solving the problem, the research project tried to develop a series of theoretical and practical discovery. Analyzing instructional specialty in the informational times and the new requirements to teachers, using the latest research fruits in education and correlative knowledge for reference, investigator could try toput forward a original training thoughtfulness on the basis of the analysis of domesticand foreign training case, then perfect and develop these theories in training practice. At last, the author tried to summarize a teacher educational technology trainingpattern.In order to break though the limitary of foregoing teacher educational technologytraining, the linear and fixed curriculum system and instructional mode should be broken, and non-linear, dynamic and individual training curriculum system should be created by independentlyand collaboratively accomplishing the training task. At the same time, a false intention, learner is the container of knowledge, should becorrected. With the increasing development of learner's creativity, manydisadvantages of instructional resource could be made up. Furthermore, in allusion tothe technological points in educational technology training, special web-basedenvironment should be established which provide a real informational era experience to learner.The theme is one of the sum - ups of the research. It entirely sets forth severalproblems in the following aspects, such as the theoretical basis, design idea, curricula structure, instructional method, environment construct, assessing system, managementprinciple of the training pattern and how to direct the construction of the teacher team. Among them there are some operable ways integrating training practice in order tooffer reader and the training organizations directive suggestions and operationalmethods. Besides, reciting the background, meanings, methods, process anddisadvantages of the research, the author hopes to provide more detailed materials foruser's objectively knowing the pattern, which is the indispensable supplements duringthe application of the pattern in training practice.
