The assessment of students' learning achievement based on the development of subject key competences is the basic requirement of fundamental task of morality education.How to implement the assessment in the classroom is still a problem needed to be solved.By introduction a teaching case-“Genetic engineering and its application”,this study tries to discuss the problem from the perspective of classroom teaching evaluation.Taking the content standards for curriculum,academic quality standards and the connotation of subject key competences as theoretical basis and using the textbook,teaching design,teacher's book and new curriculum standards as factual material basis,this study establish some evaluation content that relevant with the concept of life,rational thinking,scientific inquiry and social responsibility.Based on the evaluation of the content and the teaching design designed by the evaluation content,this study has established 4 primary evaluation index and 12 secondary evaluation index included "self-study ability","mutual learning ability","exhibition ability","classroom debate","Self-study preparation","self-study process" and "self-study results" … through expert evaluation.The weight of each evaluation index is determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and then form a "genetic engineering and its application" teaching evaluation index system.The weights of the primary evaluation indexes were 0.094,0.189,0.427 and 0.290,respectively.Finally,the evaluation index system is revised and applied to practice teaching.In practice teaching,it is found that the reliability and validity of the evaluation index system basically meet the requirements.The empirical research shows that there was a significant difference in the scores of team scores between "mutual learning ability","exhibition ability" and "classroom debate".In addition,this article,based on the study,put forwards some opinions.First,classroom teaching evaluation can promote the cultivation of key competence.Second,the authentic task is the necessary condition of the key competence to be developed.Third,Classroom evaluation should ensure the authentic task to be completed.Fourth,the purpose of the evaluation based on the key competence should not to evaluate the quality of the students.At last,evaluation based on the key competences requires establishing a scientific evaluation index system.
