| With the development of globalization in the 21 st century,cooperation,or teamwork has become more and more important,and the ability of cooperation and communication has drawn more attention in education reform.“The Outline of the Reform of Basic Education Curriculums”mentioned that,“we should commend the habit of active participation,willing to explore and diligent in practice to students,and cultivate students’ ability of cooperation and communication.” Cooperative learning is one of “self-access,cooperation and exploration” modern teaching idea,which new curriculum reform is advocating.And it is one of major teaching model according to requests of moral education’s curriculum standards in junior high school.Nowadays,cooperative learning has been widely used in moral education courses,and it has made an effect on active teaching atmosphere,rebuilding the relationship of students and teachers,boost of creative mind and playing students’ principal role.However,it is necessary to go into the study of effectiveness of practicing.The problems of practicing are found in the analysis of interviews and course-observation,such as,for teachers,less understanding,teaching experience and evaluation methods;for students,poor cognition and awareness,different participation and unclear division of work.So it is easy to conclude some reasons from school,teacher and student three aspects,for example,large class,poor evaluation system,lack of understanding,wrong roles and lack of teamwork awareness and ability.To enhance the effective use of cooperative learning,it is going to inquire the access in teaching preparation,organization and evaluation in practical teaching process.Specifically,as for the process of preparation,schools should provide support,teachers should choose suitable tasks and students should make up reasonable groups;as for the process of organization,teachers should pay more attention to time,questioning,intervention and delegating the power;as for the process of evaluation,it is important to complete the evaluation system of cooperative learning by incentive words,multi-subject participation,and comprehensive contents.The above methods are integrating into the use of practical teaching with the combination of theory and practice,to improve teaching efficiency,which will make students enhance the subject consciousness and collaboration awareness,and gain the core accomplishments,so that it will make real effect on the reform of basic education curriculums. |
