The rapid development of network technology,the traditional media has gradually faded from public view,instead of the network environment to adapt to the new media,new media is very rich in species,in the case of network flow,cannot be confined by time and place instant transmission of information.This kind of change has not only brought great changes to people's lives,but also brought great changes to learning.With the popularization of the network and the development of science and technology,the speed of knowledge updating is increasing.In the fierce competition in the modern society,only by constantly learning,acquire more knowledge,to be steadfast.It can be seen that school learning is the foundation of today's study,and informal learning is the main process.In 1965,Paul Langrand at the United Nations conference also formally put forward the concept of lifelong education,that informal learning has gradually attracted more attention.At present,the study of informal learning is more about the informal learning in the network environment,which mainly aims at the study of a certain learning object in a certain environment,including the informal learning of teachers.Through informal learning,teachers can promote professional development;enhance their own awareness,which can directly enhance students' cognition.This study is guided by adult learning theory,constructivist learning theory,knowledge management theory and situational learning theory.Through the collating of related literatures,the study of informal learning and teacher informal learning at home and abroad status quo.On the basis of previous studies,the author further studies the related concepts of new media and informal learning,analyzes the informal learning of teachers in the new media environment,and then analyzes the factors influencing the informal learning,including learner individual,learning Activities and learning environment,and compiled a questionnaire,Linxia eight counties and one city of rural middle school teachers were stratified random samp ling survey,in order to make the investigation more in-depth,comprehensive,the use of interviews in the form of a further supplement.Through the analysis of survey results summary,can be found in the Linxia area of teachers in the new media environment consciously or unconsciously attempt in informal learning,but there are some problems in the process of learning,aiming at the existing problems,this study proposes to improve teachers' ability,optimize the learning process;to strengthen the construction of the new media,improve the learning efficiency;the creation of learning environment,create a learning environment that.The study on teachers of Rural Middle School of Linxia area in the informal under the new media environment has important theoretical and practical value,can effectively promote the professional development of teachers,development and better service to the local.
