Education is one of the founding pillars that ensures a country to move upward and get strengthened,on which the national cultural level and quality are decided.As an essential factor of the education system,the teachers actually play as the role of engine,which drives the whole system reaching to a higher level of quality.Thus the learning of the teacher should be the core spot where the attention from every aspect shall be focused.The status of the informal learning of the rural junior middle teachers and the corresponding strategy are very important and valuable.This study pulls an investigation on a total of 420 teachers from six rural junior middle schools in Fengtai County,Huainan City,Anhui Province by questionnaire and interviewing.The data collected is statistically analyzed by SPSS 22.0 on factor analysis and independent samples test.The following conclusions and questions are summarized:1.The informal learning has become a main learning method of the rural junior middle school teachers in Fengtai County.2.The development of the informal learning is constrained by the learning attitude,methods,environment and cultural atmosphere.3.The age,teaching age and marriage status are also the effect factors.4.The special condition of the rural students,such as the left-behind children,improve the difficulty of the management,which is also regarded as a negative factor to the informal learning.5.The informal learning of the rural junior middle school teachers is also compromised by the loss of career cognition career burnout.6.The methods of the rural junior middle school teachers' informal learning lack diversification.7.The rural junior middle school teachers' informal learning lacks enough excellent environmental support.Self-directed Learning Theory,Humanistic Learning Theory,Situational Learning Theory,Social Constructivism Learning Theory and the theories of learning situation are used to help the rural junior middle school teachers solve the problems inthe informal study.This study gives some suggestions to the rural middle school teachers from the aspects of learning attitude,learning methods,the environment,and cultural atmosphere between the teachers.These suggestions are the following:1.Help the rural junior middle school teachers built the conception of lifelong learning and enhance their perception of informal learning.2.Encourage the teachers to try different methods in their informal study.3.The school should change the teacher evaluation system,and arouse the rural junior middle school teachers' informal learning motivation.4.Give more care to the rural junior middle school teachers and the left-behind children.5.Provide more software and hardware support to the rural junior middle school teachers to help their informal learning.6.Develop teachers' professional feelings towards their careers.7.Construct the rural junior middle school teachers' cultural atmosphere of informal learning.8.Create a teacher learning community to help the teachers' informal learning.
