With the continuous transfer of government functions,Government procurement of social services is becoming more and more popular,Followed by the emergence of more and more social institutions,However,the self development ability of social workers and the professional ability of the staff have been the problems that restrict the development of social work institutions Meanwhile,The internal assessment of social work institutions are also gradually spread around.In order to improve the professional service level of social workers,Improve the organizational capacity building of social workers,From the perspective of the management of social workers,The problems found in the evaluation of social workers,Analyze the internal and external causes of the problem,To make recommendations for the internal assessment of staff in social work organizations.This paper reviews the mechanism of government procurement of services,evaluation of internal institutions,staff related literature and literature theory of non profit organization evaluation,collect the X social work agency documentation.At the same time using semi-structured interview,consult the relevant information required for the design and research of the interview outline,then the person in charge of the interview and organizations.In the use of the basic method of literature research and semi-structured interview method,carries out research on the internal assessment of the agency staff.Internal assessment requires a gradual process of development.At present,the practical experience and theoretical accumulation of internal assessment of social workers in our country are not perfect.But it is worth looking forward to with the continuous development of the social work industry and the efforts of various assessment bodies,I believe we will be able to enhance the professional service ability of the staff,and achieve the expected social benefits.
