As China's reform and open-up deepened,intellectual economy advanced at a fast pace,which contributed to the increasingly strengthened integration of human resources,and an increasing number of enterprises based on intellectual economy.Under such background,the concept of group management is exerting ever-growing influence on various industries with fruit borne in the industry of education in recent years.In group management,human resource(hereinafter referred to as HR)management and control is,without doubt,the core element,and it serves as one of the key issues concerning group HR management research,as it guarantees the accomplishment of the strategic goals of a group's development in a fundamental way,and plays an essential role in the integration of the group's HRs and the rise of its overall value.From this perspective,HR management and control will lay the solid foundation for the grouplization of educationHowever,relevant research on grouplized management in China's education industry is at a rather low level due to lack of knowledge on the importance of grouplized HR management and control,which led to increasingly severe but common problems in the actual practice of grouplized management in education,including the lack of independent HR management systems and coordinative schemes,as well as function dislocation.How to construct a framework regarding HR management and control in an education group,therefore,becomes one of the pressing issues it has to solve currently.The present study carried out a case analysis on the A Education Group,on the basis of the theories concerning HR management,HR management and control by the means of survey.The study analyzed the development of the A Education Group,its framework and related problems,the current situation of the group's HR management and control and the drawbacks in this aspect before providing effective solutions.These solutions include building a scientific and feasible mode of HR management and control in the A Education Group,which is composed of multiple HR management systems such as salary management system,efficiency management system and training system.Simultaneously,the grouplized HR management and control of in the A Education Group will be promoted in a more detailed manner with focus on the vital modes related to normal regulations on stratification and classification in education,the management of salary,the exploitation of the teachers' potentials and their career development,the assessment and punishment of the teachers and the cultivation of the group culture as well.Additionally,relevant schemes will be built to guarantee the effective HR management and control,avoiding its direction deviation in a dynamic means.In this way,HR management and control will be promoted and evolve innovatively in the actual practice.
