SWOT Analysis On The Cultivation Of Basketball Refeers Chinese Higher Education Institutions From The Perspective Of Social Demand

Since the reform and opening up,China's economic take-off for the development of basketball provides a superior material base and a good market environment,people's enthusiasm to participate in basketball is rising.The increase in the number of basketball games will inevitably lead to the increase in the demand for referees,the improvement of the level of competition is bound to put forward higher demands on the referee's ability.The sports colleges and universities as the main unit of the basketball referee training,should be the change of social demand on the talents of basketball referee,according to the situation of social demand of optimizing the teaching mode,improve the efficiency of training talents to meet the needs of the society and the referee.Based on the social demand from the perspective of the management theories as the guide,using the method of literature,questionnaire and expert interviews to clarify the social demand and the basketball referees sports college basketball referee training situation,based on the use of data analysis to screen the effect of training of basketball referees sports colleges and environmental factors.Then using the SWOT analysis method of system analysis,finally using the SWOT matrix model summarizes the feasible countermeasures are beneficial to the sports college basketball referee training and reasonable suggestions.Results are:1,at present,the sports college basketball referee teaching mainly in the form of rank examination before training,the students of the referee knowledge and skills accumulated enough;various institutions have seen a change in the basketball referee social needs,some institutions have adjusted.2,at present,to a larger social level,national basketball referees generally believe that the actual demand;two,a referee's judging ability has not reached the expected level;three problems in current social work is the basic theory of the basketball referee level is low,three man low level,the low level of current social work;on the basketball referees three basic ability requirement is occupation morals level,basic theoretical level,on-the-spot judging level.3.At present,the content of basketball referee teaching in sports colleges and universities is higher than that of the society to the ability of the basketball referees.The level of the first grade is lower than the social expectations and the degree of coincidence is low.4,sports school basketball referees is the four major advantages: school competition,high levels of practice opportunities;with rich experience the training of students' overall quality is high;the age structure is suitable,can improve the success rate,shorten the development cycle;with a high level of judges teacher.5,the four major disadvantages are: the lack of attention to the work of basketball referee training;lack of high level of cutting the opportunity;there is no uniform teaching materials and the integrity of the syllabus;teachers attach importance to the teaching of basketball referees.6,the four big opportunities are: the basketball referee social demand is big;conforms to our country sports system reform and the university reform;the CBA referee professional guidance;the stable political environment,the solid social economy foundation.7,is the four major challenge: in addition to Beijing large,no recommendation for national qualifications,limit outstanding student referees to a higher level of development;sports colleges and the local basketball association has not yet established a mechanism of interaction;Chinese Association began to place the Basketball Association(including sports college)level certification work evaluation assessment and qualification;the government is lack of overall planning.
