Analysis And Countermeasures Of Basketball In Colleges And Universities Of Shanxi Province From The Perspective Of SWOT Theory

The current Shanxi province college basketball development opportunities and crisis co-exist,advantages and difficulties.In recent years,the development of the Shanxi college basketball has made some achievements,the introduction of a series of related policies,training a group of basketball coaches,but the current development of Shanxi province college basketball movement,there are still some problems,hindered the better the development of basketball in Shanxi province.In this paper the use of literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method to analyze the development of basketball sports in Colleges and universities in Shanxi Province,respectively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the external environment and internal factors,opportunities and threats,according to the SWOT matrix is proposed to deal with Strategy for the future to participate in this aspect of the researchers to provide theoretical reference and referenceSpecifically,through to the Shanxi Province basketball coach and college teacher,questionnaire,interview,collecting the current status of college basketball in Shanxi Province,using management SWOT analysis theory in the analysis of the current situation,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures,provide a theoretical basis for the relevant departments to formulate policies,so as to promote the better development of Shanxi province college basketball.According to the research object of this paper and the research,according to the sports scientific research methods of sociology and specific requirements of the design of the questionnaire,with the relevant experts and scholars in the discussion and argument,the contents of questionnaire,expert consultation and design mentor.The "status quo" in Colleges and universities of Shanxi Province basketball questionnaire,questionnaire is mainly divided into "teacher questionnaire and student questionnaire" two categories,and carries on the questionnaire survey in four universities in Shanxi Province,questionnaires and statistical analysis,provide data support for the research.The main work of this paper is SWOT: one is through to the Shanxi province university basketball movement analysis,clear inherent advantages of colleges and universities in Shanxi province in the development ofbasketball,and lack of external opportunities and challenges;the two is for the development of the current situation of college basketball in Shanxi Province,and puts forward the development strategy of Shanxi province college basketball.With the city of Shanxi province and urbanization process accelerating,set a new sports concept,to create a National Basketball City as an opportunity to position college basketball fans as training,to fully tap the existing basketball resources,is very useful for the construction and development of Shanxi province and Taiyuan city image.Therefore,Shanxi province the use of college basketball in the future development process,combined with the actual,seize the development opportunities,expand the advantage,shortage,improve the college basketball sports level.
