Fitness is one of the important symbol to measure human body healthy or not,with the development of our country sports policy and the transformation of the national life concept,the implementation of the training of primary and middle school students fitness club,the club in the enhanced physique,promote their physical and mental health of adolescents and children played an important role in the development.But also these deficiencies,such as the theoretical basis of the lack of scientific fitness training mode not perfect;The teaching content more organized around the body exercise,ignore the psychological and social adaptation ability of ascension;No sports curriculum,students,parents and school good combination and so on.Therefore this research USES the literature material method,interview method,case study method,teaching experiment,for 5-6 grade elementary student fitness training courses for research,design grade 5-6 students fitness training plan,and adopt suitable teaching methods to empirical research of curriculum plan,research conclusions are as follows:1 Based on the theory of physiology,psychology,based on the experience of the foreign fitness practice,the club's Coach,T situation analysis,development and design the 5-6 grade elementary student fitness training programs.2 The course plan is starting from the learning needs of students(and parents)clear directivity,course content,learning environment is given priority to with open sports space,small class teaching and the characteristics of the important means to practice for the game.3 To change course is aimed targets by sports participation,fitness,psychological quality and social adaptation of three parts;Course content mainly involves the speed quality,coordination,agility,strength,quality,endurance quality and flexible quality.4 The teaching principle with SPORT principle,namely the Specificity particularity principle,the principle of Progression progressive principle,the phrase "a certain load,Regularity use it or lose principle,Train and Maintain sustainable principle;In the process of teaching pay attention to use a variety of ways to stimulate students' motivation,designed a small captain mechanism,reasonable design of exercise load,the teaching method is given priority to with games and competitions,teaching organization is given priority to with small-class teaching,pay attention to the combination of inside and outside class.5 In enhance the physical fitness of students,grade 5-6 students fitness training courses in the curriculum content of coordination,agility and endurance quality of the course content can significantly improve 5-6 grade pupils both physical quality level.The rest of the three qualities of curriculum content of 5-6 graders corresponding physical quality level has a certain effect,but not significant.In training elementary school students psychological quality and improve the social adaptation ability,5-6 grade elementary student fitness training course is of obvious positive intervention effect.
