Sensitive quality is a comprehensive physical quality,which reflects a comprehensive ability of the human body to quickly and accurately change the position of the body during exercise,and to adapt to the situation.The pros and cons of sensitive quality are often closely related to various physical qualities such as strength and speed.The primary school stage is the first peak period for the development of children's sensitive quality.If this stage can be targeted and rationalized,it is sensitive.The improvement of quality will definitely get twice the result with half the effort.This study cites the well-known physical training method at home and abroad-rapid retracting compound exercises,which is already a relatively mature training method in the training of athletes,and the training effect is also highly praised by the majority of coaches.Therefore,this experiment aims to explore whether the rapid expansion compound exercise can have a positive impact on the sensitive quality of primary school students,analyze the intrinsic link between the rapid expansion compound exercise and the sensitive quality,and provide a theoretical basis for the expansion of the application scope of the rapid expansion compound exercise.In the early stage of the study,the literature and method and questionnaire survey method were used to collect and analyze the theoretical data of the domestic and foreign papers involved in the paper.At the same time,the data were collected and statistically analyzed by mathematical statistics.In this paper,40 fourth-grade students from the First Central Primary School of Caixing Town,Daxing District,Beijing were selected as the experimental subjects.The first group was the grouping of experimental subjects and the homogeneity test before the experiment.Then,in the preparation part of the experimental class,the quick-expanding compound exercise is added.The content of the class in the preparatory class is not changed.After eight weeks of teaching experiments,the students in the experimental class and the control class are tested for the selected sensitive indicators,and the other body is tested.Quality indicators are tested.The experimental results found that:1.After eight weeks of teaching experiments,it was found that the experimental class male students showed a very significant difference(P<0.01)before and after the experiment,and the three-dimensional physical quality indicators of the male students were 50 meters,standing long jump and solid ball(P<0.01),while the sitting body flexed and 50 meters×There were no differences between the two indicators before and after the experiment.There was a significant difference between the girls' 50-meter test(P<0.01),and there was a significant difference between the standing long jump and the solid ball(P<0.05).The results of the indicators have all increased but failed to show significant differences.This shows that the experimental classes that have joined the rapid reflexive compound exercises have moreobvious effects on the physical quality indicators than the control classes.2.After the end of the teaching experiment,the test subjects were tested for sensitive quality indicators again.The results showed that the boys and girls in the control class were tested in Illinois,cross-running,20 s repeated steps,4×10 meters,and four runs.The results of Xiang Lingmin's quality indicators did not produce any differences before and after the experiment;in addition,the experimental classes were significantly different after repeated trials across the boys,and the other three sensitive indicators showed significant results before and after the experiment.Sexual differences.This shows that the experimental class that joins the rapid-expansion compound exercise is much better than the control class in improving the sensitivity of the fourth-grade primary school students.
