Physical training is widely used in sports training and physical education.The elementary school stage is the basic stage of individual long-term development.Physical fitness in elementary school is the foundation for subsequent technical skills in all age groups,and it is also a sensitive period for the development of physical fitness.In the teaching content of primary school sports,physical training is rarely involved.For physical fitness training in primary schools,research has been carried out at different levels and levels both at home and abroad,mainly focusing on "Physical training concepts,development and thinking","Physical training methods and scientific research","Characteristics and systems of physical fitness training for various programs",etc.However,there are still some deficiencies: 1.There is no specific training program for physical training for primary school students.Physical training only stays at the high intensity of the project.2.Physical training theory for primary school students is not perfect,which is not conducive to the scientific and reasonable guidance of physical training.3,physical training methods and means lack of innovation;4,ignoring the physical fitness training equipment in the introduction,development and application.For this reason,this article through the literature material method,the expert interview method,the teaching experiment method,the mathematical statistics method and so on to carry on the physical strength training empirical research to the 1st to the 6th grade students in the Qingyang district Shaocheng elementary school.Trying to design the guiding principles,training contents and methods for physical fitness in primary schools,and integrating the physical training content into the teaching content of primary physical education so as to provide theoretical and practical basis for fitness training to enter primary school curriculum,and to greatly improve the physical quality of students.Conclusions:1,the sensitive period for the main content and design of teaching syllabus has strong rationality,primary school students should develop flexibility,coordination,balance,agility,speed,proper development of strength and endurance,is generally based on general quality.2.In the course of teaching,we should pay attention to the collocation of the form of teaching organization and the content of teaching.First of all,the concrete practice scheme is formulated and various teaching methods and methods are used to help students establish the concept of action correctly.The method of repeated practice and class practice is an effective way to improve the physical quality of the students.3.the evaluation test has a certain nature of the school,should conform to the relevant quality testing purposes,in line with the principles of science,fairness and justice.4.through the on-the-spot teaching research and the continuous improvement of teaching materials,the physical training can be completely integrated into the primary school classroom,and can greatly improve the physical quality of students.It is feasible and effective to introduce physical fitness training in primary school.
