Students' evaluation of teaching refers to the evaluation of teachers' classroom teaching situation,which is one of the most effective ways in teachers' evaluation.With the development of higher education in China,the effectiveness of students' evaluation is generally recognized,students' evaluation will be included into most colleges and universities' teaching quality control system,but some people still questioned.Students will be affected by their own cognitive situation,psychological bias,teacher classroom performance,curriculum characteristics and feedback and other factors,and lead to evaluation of the results of the deviation,affecting the authenticity and effectiveness of students' evaluation.Therefore,it is of practical significance to investigate the influencing factors of students' evaluation of teaching.This paper from the perspective of students,explore the main factors affecting students' evaluation of teaching,respectively,from students,teachers,school and managements and put forward influence factors,the design of Likert's scale,using 5 point scoring method investigate the factors that influence students' evaluation of teaching scientifically.The questionnaire survey was conducted on the students of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics,and the formal questionnaire was revised and issued according to the item analysis and reliability test of the pre survey scale.First,find out the view of students from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics about students' evaluation of teaching through the basic description and chi-square test,and find out the differences on teaching evaluation about students who have different grade;then extracted common factor to reduce the dimensionality of variables through factor analysis respectively from the scale,summed up the main factors affecting students' evaluation of teaching.Finally,the DEMATEL method is used to explore the factors that influence the students' evaluation of teaching.The results of this study show that students of different grades have different attitudes towards teaching evaluation.There was no significant difference between gender and grade in evaluating teaching.At the same time,the results of the study have passed such a message to us that the school is not enough to promote the students' evaluation of teaching,and more people think that teaching evaluation is only a form,it is difficult to achieve the desired results.Among all the factors,the influence of the curriculum is the most important.
