A Study On The Influencing Factors Of College Students' Pressure

Economic is slowing down,today,college students are in the era of economic downturn,and bring new challenges to their employment,academic and economic and other aspects of great pressure.Students,as the new force of socialist modernization,so the field of higher education in the 21 st century shoulders the important task of raising high-quality personnel.And mental health education is the precondition of improving the overall quality of the premise of the students.Modern education theory hold that education is not only to impart knowledge and skills,but also to enable students to have a good psychological,shaping a healthy and harmonious personality for the future development.In this paper,some students of colleges and universities in Nanchang are investigated,from the employment,study,love and other 7 aspects to explore the degree of their pressure.According to the item analysis and reliability test of the pre survey scale,the formal questionnaire was revised and distributed,in the idea of sampling survey data collection and processing,First,the basic characteristics of the pressure of college students for statistical analysis and the degree of stress was evaluated scientifically by Likert's 5 point scoring method.Then,through the single factor analysis of variance and T test method to explore the difference of different groups of College Students' pressure;then,using DEMATEL method to explore the influence of various factors on the pressure;finally the main factors affecting the college students' pressure are summarized through the dimensionality reduction of factor analysis,but also compare with the conclusion of DEMATEL.Finally come to the conclusion that college students in different grades have significant differences in employment pressure,there are significant differences in economic who come from different places,only child college students can adapt to pressure easier than non only child college students,good students than the poor have less academic pressure and employment pressure,there are smaller love pressure for girls than boys,pressure on different groups of college students have different performances.In general,the college students' pressure is not affected by a single factor,it is the result of many factors,affected by internal to external influence,process factors to the outcome factors,college students' stress is a complex process.
