Research Of Social Team Workers Team Construction And Management In Shanwei

At present,the imbalanced development of different regions has resulting in a series of social problems,including difficult employments,violence,increasing beggars,disparity between the rich and the poor,crime and drug,psychological imbalance and so on.Social contradictions have also been highlighted.Compared with the western countries,we have a backward situation in constructing the team of the social workers.Worse still,the public even have no clear understanding about this job.This study bases on the relative research about social workers at home and abroad,aiming to clarify the related concepts and combs theory and policy basis.By using the related references from constitution in some developed areas,a series of theoretical researches have been carried out.For example,some actions have been taken in Xinyuan Community in Shanwei in order to strength the team of community workers.The current construction of community workers in Xinyuan Community has been analyzed,in order to find out six problems,such as the poor level of the professionalization;the poor educational condition;the reasons of those problems which are based on the theories.In addition,comprehensive quality evaluation system has been established with supportive data.And experience at home and abroad brings about the enlightenment on the community work.Also,three measurements have been applied to strengthen the construction of the team: the improvement of the institute;the promotion of community work and the quality training of the community workers.
