The Department of Education of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region formulated and issued the papers “the action plan to improve the quality of Bilingual Education in Southern Xinjiang” in this September.One aspect of the project's overall objectives is that the quality of Bilingual Education has improved steadily,the teaching quality of civil language's common class has lifted synchronously,students and parents has further improved the degree of satisfaction of Bilingual Education.The improvement of the quality of bilingual education should be implemented in the bilingual teaching in the long run.Then Chinese teaching is the important aspect of bilingual teaching,carry out reaching on the effectiveness of Chinese teaching is essential for improving the quality of bilingual education.Through the existing research results,the paper constructed the analysis framework of the effectiveness of classroom teaching.On the basis of the analysis framework,the author makes an empirical study on the effectiveness of Chinese classroom teaching in urban and county schools by means of questionnaires,interviews,case studies and other methods,we found that some problems existed in the current Chinese classroom teaching,and put forward the corresponding solutions.This paper is divided into four chapters,The first chapter constructs the analysis framework of the effectiveness of Chinese classroom teaching.The second chapter analyzes the general situation of Chinese classroom teaching in Kashgar region.The third chapter is the case study,discussion and analysis of the specific problems of Chinese classroom teaching in Kashgar region.The fourth chapter summarizes the problems and puts forward the corresponding solutions.The first chapter explains the meaning of the effectiveness of Chinese classroom teaching and its analysis framework.The effectiveness of Chinese classroom teaching refers that the teacher takes less time,energy and material inputs,encourage students to master more language knowledge and attract students to follow the process of learning Chinese language based on the curriculum standards,follow the law of education.It is the unity of value,effect,efficiency and charm.The framework of this paper includes four dimensions and nine indicators.And on the basis of these four dimensions,the author developed a questionnaire of the effectiveness of classroom teaching,including the questionnaire of teachers and students.The second chapter illustrates the the questionnaire survey of the effectiveness of Chinese classroom teaching.Through a questionnaire survey of 200 Chinese teachers and 200 students,which they come from primary schools such as Q,B,S primary school in kashgar city and such as E,S,H primary school in Shache county,the author know current situation of Chinese classroom teaching in kashgar region on the whole,then discuss and analyze the problems.The third chapter deals with the the effectiveness of Chinese classroom teaching drawn from case studies.Through an analysis on the case that heterogeneous forms for the same subject between novice and expert Chinese teachers,whom they come from Q primary school,and combined with the questionnaire survey and interviews,students' homework and so on,the author compare and analyze the effectiveness of Chinese classroom teaching among two teachers,and sum up some problems about the novice teacher's teaching and students' learning in the class.The fourth chapter concludes the problems form the questionnaires and the case studies,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions.In order to enhance the effectiveness of Chinese classroom teaching,we must strengthen the interpretation of the Chinese curriculum standard,optimize the teaching design,strengthen the reflection of the classroom instructional behavior and improve the teaching practice skills,especially the use of oral expression ability and teaching methods.
