A Practical Study On The Involvement Of Social Work In The Construction Of Community Social Organizations

The 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)proposed to strengthen the construction of community governance system,promote the transfer of social governance focus to the grass-roots level,give play to the role of community social organizations,and participate in community construction and governance.To promote the development of community social organizations and explore the establishment of a development system of community social organizations,zhongcang street in tongzhou district encourages social work organizations to get involved in the construction of community social organizations,promote the development of community social organizations through social work,improve the capacity and level of community social organizations,and play its role in community governance.However,there are still various problems in the construction of community social organizations.During my internship,where social work agencies to undertake one of projects is to help the community construction,social organization warehouse street in tongzhou district,oneself to carry on the visiting survey,the community social organizations to know the community social organizations exist members do not have a high level of specialization,standardization is not strong and organizational support problems such as lack of resources.For positions in the street community construction problems existing in the process of social organization,from the perspective of professional social work intervention in community C love will service the construction were analyzed,and the related theory in social work as a guide,by utilizing the method of group work and community work intervention in community construction,social organization,through practice of social work intervention effect are summarized,mainly reflected in the community social organizations own specialization degree,organization standardization,pay more attention to its own sustainable development,etc.At the end of the paper,some Suggestions are put forward on the construction of community social organization involving in social work.
