As the flow between city and countryside changes from individual flow to family flow,a large number of rural children follow their parents to live in the city.The change of new environment and social support system brings the floating children a series of problems in city life.How to solve these problems has become the focus of government and society.At present,some social work organizations have made some progress by undertaking the government to buy floating children's services,but its effectiveness should be examined through social work evaluation to confirm whether the services meet the needs of these floating children and-achieve their expectant effect,whose accountability requires us to understand their production and process to evaluate their effect.At the same time,in the evaluation of floating children's social work services,we should point out the existing problems and put forward some reasonable countermeasures,so how to evaluate the project has become the focus of this paper.On the basis of the domestic and foreign literature,taking a service project at H street,Hefei city as an example,applying quantitative and qualitative methods,through field visit and participating in the service activities,using questionnaires and case interviews,obtain accurate data for the research.Finally,according to the data obtained,the social work service project of floating children was evaluated:The introduction part mainly introduces the research background,purpose,significance,domestic and foreign literature research and research design.The first part is the general introduction of the social work service project of the floating children at H street in Hefei.It introduces the basic condition of floating children at H street,and analyzes their current situation from the learning adaptation,environmental integration,parent-child relationship and capacity expansion in order to discuss their confronting problems and further to explain the background,purpose,content and personnel allocation of the service project--"together help children".Through this,the understanding of this project can be deepened.The second part is the design and implementation of the evaluation system of floating children's social work services.For the evaluation of the project,choose four aspects,including need evaluation,process evaluation,effect evaluation and impact evaluation,hoping to evaluate the project comprehensively and deeply.Identify the main needs of floating children,and then develop a reasonable service plan.Through floating children and parents,understand the degree of satisfaction,evaluation of the project and the performance of service workers.According to the final completion of the project,summarize the effectiveness and deficiencies of the project.The impact evaluation involves the long-term effects of floating children's social work service and evaluate the long-term impact of the project from four angles of floating children,families,social workers and society.The third part is about the problems and countermeasures of floating children's social work service project.Through evaluation,it points out the problems during--The evaluation system is not perfect;too dependent on the scientific paradigm;the evaluator's own ability is insufficient;the mobility of social workers and floating children is strong,and the evaluation results have not been effectively used.In addition,reasonable countermeasures for the problems are put forward.The fourth part is the conclusion,including summarizing of the content,expecting more people to concern about floating children,scientifically evaluating the project to reflect its real situation,in order to bring more and better benefits to floating children,and promote the development of social work.
